40m2 housing module, designed to be inhabited by tourists and built in 2023. It has a bedroom, full bathroom, and a kitchenette, living room, and dining room. In addition to the nice garden, there is a gallery equipped with two seats and a table to enjoy the Mendoza sun... It is located 7 minutes by car from downtown. And on the same plot is my parents' house (about 60 meters away), they want to be available when needed!

A space surrounded by nature, 6 hectares intended for holiday houses with shared pool, park, paddle court, children's games in common spaces, bar and restaurant (open in summer), mountain views, 7 km from the city of San Rafael and very close to tourist circuits.
