Fully equipped house. Responsive host. We had a very large van which was a problem getting into designated parking gate. We would stay again but we would arrive in a much smaller vehicle. The view was amazing.

far away, very good accommodation for a family group, comfortable and very complete. safe parking and easy to get to. easy access to move around Santiago. the host a seven. I absolutely recommend this accommodation. There were 6 of us, and we were very comfortable and happy.

David’s place is super cozy — it really feels like home! The location in Barrio Italia is amazing, with everything you need just around the corner. It was our first time visiting Santiago for tourism, and staying here made it even more special. David was always kind, helpful, and full of great recommendations. I totally recommend this place and would definitely come back!

We really enjoyed the house. Daniela stayed in touch with us and answered our questions. Paola welcomed us and gave us detailed instructions and recommendations. We are very happy with the stay, the house, the hosts and the perfect area!

I stayed for a week, the place was comfortable and clean, we were two people and we each had their privacy. I was able to walk to iconic places in the city from the accommodation, close to the metro too, it felt quiet and at home. Definitely a good place to stay!

My day and night were very pleasant. Nice house, very comfortable, clean and tidy. I had a great time with my guests and they found the house and a large patio very beautiful. Don Marco received me and was very kind and punctual. Highly recommended.

The location is easy to find, spacious, has kitchen tools, there is hot water for the shower, the only shortcoming was no laundry service for long-term stays, everything else was great

Great spot that was accurately described. guille was very nice and responsive. The neighborhood is noisy at night as there are lots of bars and clubs in the area, I would bring ear plugs, Guille also provided them which was very kind. Overalls, recommend this place!

The loft is exactly as it appears in the photos. At a perfect temperature, equipped with everything you need for a comfortable and quiet stay: towels, hair dryer, dishes and full cutlery, cleaning and toilet products, various appliances, TV in the living room and in the bedroom... it even had cards to entertain yourself playing. It has a beautiful view, direct to the funicular of Cerro San Cristóbal, surrounded by restaurants and with businesses just a step away. Tidy and clean, minimalist and practical. The concierges are very friendly. During the day the area is very quiet, at night the nightlife reigns, which for us was not a problem. I would definitely come back.

Beautiful place, we wish we could have stayed longer. Super friendly host, everything was in perfect condition and he helped us with the operation of the clay pot. 🙌🏻 The most adorable thing is the dogs and kittens at the reception 😅❤️

Lovely host and good location

Good location, close to the subway, easy access, close to the center. The host responded quickly and clearly, proactively. The apartment is cozy, it has everything we need to feel at home. Worth the price.

We ended up staying here 3 times in total. It was a really nice stay and the apartment complex offered great value for money, with a fully equipped gym, laundry room, swimming pool and outdoor lounge area. The location is convenient nearby the tube station and a supermarket. Gustavo is very responsive and helped us out multiple times, check in is easy and the place is super convenient and functional. Would recommend!

an absolutely beautiful place and very well located, it is exactly 5 minutes from the subway and two minutes from some stores that have everything and even lunches. Very attentive host, everything was very nice and made us feel at home. He was very flexible and very friendly, a 5/5 host☺️☺️ I highly recommend this place for the welcome and for its location ☺️🧡

Everything was perfect. The place is definitely in a very good location if you want to go to Movistar, which was the case for us.

Great location to go to concerts at Movistar Arena. The loft has everything you need for your stay and the best air conditioning for the cold of Santiago.

Very good first experience. Estefanía is a 10 in attention, attentive to answering any questions or queries. 100% recommended. The apartment met all my expectations and accommodation needs. There are a variety of minimarkets less than a block away to cover all kinds of needs and, if needed, transportation is on the corner of the block.

We had a great time staying in Vitacura. The Penthouse was lovely and spacious. They left a nice bottle of wine for us upon arrival. The patio was FANTASTIC with views of the entire city practically. We loved the openness of the space. The beds and the bedrooms were so clean and comfortable. The master bathroom shower was really wonderful. Great hot water!! The second bathroom had some issues with the shower control and sink faucet, but we just didn't use them. The kitchen was very clean and had most of what we needed to cook and eat in. Only negative would be the condition of the main sofa in the living space. The main seating and pillows are a bit dirty and in need of a good cleaning or replacement. The neighborhood was lovely. It was very safe with quiet streets, close to excellent restaurants and a grocery. The only negative would be that it's a bit of a walk to the metro, however Uber was easy and convenient. We would definitely stay there again.

It's like being at home, the environment is quiet, you can walk around and there's a mall very close, 5 min away.

Everything was excellent!! I had a mishap with the electronic lock on the front door (I accidentally left it locked) and both hosts responded quickly and promptly…. That's a plus for me!!! I would definitely rent the apartment again.
