Located with the montgó mountain directly behind the house, the house offers a great mix between adventurous hiking/walking paths or mountain biking possibilities or just relax and chill by your private pool with a lot of privacy. Within less then 12 minutes by car/scooter you will be in the city center of Denia which offers great shops/restaurants and many nice bars for fun outside the villa aswell. The house (built between 1910-1920) is one of the few traditional Mediterranean-style buildings in the area that has been preserved and has not been demolished in order to build apartment blocks. This unique character can be seen in every detail around you and in every corner of the house.

A small house located in Xaló/Jalón a couple of minutes walk from downtown, it has a supermarket 5-7 minutes walk away and has private parking. A large selection of bars and restaurants are just a few minutes' walk away. The nearest beaches are the extensive sandy beaches of Calpe, which are about 15-20 minutes away by car, and the town's central location allows you to have most beaches such as Jávea or Denia less than 30 minutes away.
