Located with the montgó mountain directly behind the house, the house offers a great mix between adventurous hiking/walking paths or mountain biking possibilities or just relax and chill by your private pool with a lot of privacy. Within less then 12 minutes by car/scooter you will be in the city center of Denia which offers great shops/restaurants and many nice bars for fun outside the villa aswell. It has 3 spacious rooms, two of them with en-suite bathroom and another fourth room enabled as a work room. It has cold/heat air conditioning in all the rooms of the house as well as underfloor heating. The villa has a heated pool all year round.
