Amazing stay. Walkable, but steep. Great view, clean and safe! Can’t wait to come back.

An excellent apartment to stay in, very comfortable to rest, to be on the beach, or to visit places around Cabo San Lucas. There's no noise nearby, the pool is excellent, the people in the condominium and the hosts are very friendly, and you have parking all the time. We'll definitely be back.

Absolutely loved our stay! The location is perfect, right in the middle of the marina with super secure access. The condo was spotless and had everything we needed for our stay! Didn’t use the hot tub but the view was beautiful! Super comfortable bed & couches! Loved that there was 2 full bathrooms as well. Highly recommend. Loved my morning walks around the marina to medano beach (10 mins away along the marina). Also loved the convenience of having 2 supermarkets within a few mins walk, one right below (with direct lift access to the mall) and a new Walmart across the road. Super secure parking as well. Staff and security are all very friendly and helpful! This location has become the only place we stay when visiting Cabo!

the place was perfect! It had all the things you would need including beach chairs, umbrella and cooler. it was very clean and haf a great pool on the roof. I would definitely stay here again. very close to downtown cabo san Lucas and a short drive to the best beaches on the island chilleno, santa maria and palmilla. Soriano and costco mins away from the condo.

Diana was a great host who was friendly and always quick to respond. We have a little one and she provided essential baby amenities and even included fun beach toys and bouncy balls. The location was a quick drive to downtown or Médano beach. The beach access through The Riu is from 9am-6pm, outside of those times you have to drive to beach access. Make sure to bring your own toiletries as they’re not part of the included amenities — everything else you could need is there! Would stay here again.

This place is even prettier in person than in the pictures! The way the space was decorated made it seem so spacious. The linen and furniture were so clean and comfortable and the kitchen well stocked. The water in the fridge was a nice touch. The pool was super clean and perfect for kids and adults alike. Overall this place was perfect for our family of 6! Will definetly be back!

Antonio waa very responsive and everything seemed very clear. It was a wonderful location since everything is at walking distance. The fellow gateman was friendly and there is also a little store inside the condominiums. Overall a great stay. Would book again on my next trip to Los cabos san Lucas. The apartment was very clean. 😄

Shonas place was a 10/10!! I was very satisfied and her place is just as described. It’s located in a beautiful, quiet, safe neighborhood. The private beach is just a 10 min walk. She has an umbrella and beach towels for use, which we appreciated very much! The house is very spacious with lots of storage space and very pretty! You can see the Cabo Arch from the upstairs balcony, that was very cool! It’s located about 10-15 from downtown. I would definitely recommend this house!

Booked this last minute and Alex was super helpful same with patty from the start of the booking to the end. Only recommendation would be when booking the 2nd gate in is a little hard to push open or work. Will book again.

They have extras like private cook, transportation and local not tourist eats.

The house was spacious and nice! Great pool and hot tub. We had our own concierge with the house, Dario, who was amazing. He answered all of our questions quickly and booked us all of our reservations. There is a lot to do on the property. I would definitely recommend renting a golf cart from the host to get around the property.

Oh my goodness, we loved our stay!! The view was completely unbeatable and the pool overlooking downtown Cabo was perfection. Highly recommend!!

PHENOMENAL PROPERTY!!! This place is everything and more. The condo is absolutely beautiful, spacious and welcoming in every way. Beds are comfortable and the house is warm and lovely. The house is absolutely beautiful and the location is amazing, it’s truly the best of Cabo. The property is peaceful and stunning with incredible amenities. The on-property pools and services are excellent , and you can enjoy the other resorts easily. Honestly this was one of the most amazing Airbnb experiences we have had. We will be back for sure. This place is a paradise!!!

Such a gorgeous spot! I booked this for me and 6 friends and all of us loved it. The house is stunning, views are incredible, and it had all the amenities we needed. Great place to book for a bigger group!

Cindy was super responsive, friendly, and accommodating. She met us when we checked-in and checked out. She provided a list of recommendations which was very nice. The condo was very nice, clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. There was a security guy there who was also very friendly and provided suggestions on where to go. Uber/transportation had no issues finding the condo building. It was also walking distance to the downtown area, if we wanted to walk. There were some other guests that were loud the first night, but we went during spring break so I think it was some what expected. We had a great time and would definitely recommend.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying there. The location was a little outside the tourist area but not too far. They provided more condiments and supplies than most places do. There are two pools on the property so we had the pool to ourselves most of the time and if you love watching sporting events there is a sporting facility right across the street with events most nights but don’t worry it is not loud or disruptive.

We had a wonderful stay! The location is absolutely fantastic—just a short, scenic walk to the marina with plenty of shops, restaurants, and things to do nearby. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed for meals in, which we really appreciated. One of the highlights was the beautiful view from the property—it made our mornings and evenings feel extra special. The pools were clean and inviting, and we loved having them as an option to relax after a day of exploring. Overall, a perfect stay in a perfect spot. Highly recommend!

Great, quiet place that was clean and had everything we needed. Loved the gated community, we felt very safe. 2 pools in the complex and they were both very clean. How was very responsive. Great vacation.

Beautiful air bnb with a beautiful view from both the room and living room . Everything is walking distance or you can uber for super cheap . Loved the oxxo at the corner made it easy to get snacks and drinks . Everything was clean and exactly as described. Would rebook ! Thank you David .

My family and I really enjoyed staying at the condo. It was great to have the super market and Costco at walking distance to buy water and groceries. Was very easy to get to from the airport and not far from the city/marina area. If we go back to Cabo, we will definitely be staying here. The only thing is, the parking was a bit hard to find as the parking spots are not labelled in order so arriving late at night, jet lagged, it was a bit difficult to find. But other than that, felt very safe in the condo and glad we stayed there.
