Cottage vacation rentals in Pechón

Host and their family went out of their way to assist us. Together we looked through our trip itinerary and made additional suggestions where appropriate. They helped us when we broke down with a flat tire communicating with the rental car company to get us a new rental and tow truck. Our last day we thought we had left some items at the rental after we had checked out and they went back to open the house up to allow us to get back inside and find our items. Very friendly. The house was great and overlooks a valley with the towns below. We were visited by cows and sheep and all the snails and slugs natural to the area. After hiking, biking, and visiting the surrounding towns it was a nice relaxing spot to come back to. I would highly recommend!

Highly recommended. We spent two nights, a group of 8 friends. The house is beautiful, spacious, cozy, tastefully decorated, and has all the details. We were very comfortable, looking forward to repeating.

The house is perfect for groups, very spacious and with everything you need to spend a few days. It is also close to many towns and beautiful routes. 100% recommended.

We stayed 2 nights in this beautiful cottage. The very well-equipped kitchen, jacuzzi and swimming pool very well cared for, and the neighbor's dog is very friendly. There are amazing landscapes around the area (we went to a beautiful waterfall). But above all, I would highlight the kindness and good communication with Veronica, she was very flexible and she was attentive to us when we needed it for punctual issues. ☺️ We would definitely repeat in this dream house ❤️ Thank you!!!

Beautiful little house at the foothills of the Picos de Europa, in a very quiet hamlet. Neat, tidy, picturesque, with all the necessary amenities. Very close to the Bulnes funicular and trails. Be mindful of the narrow streets and ways and limited parking. Everyone in our party was similarly pleased. Juanjo was very helpful.

We are very happy to have spent these days there. It was very relaxing, beautiful place. The welcome was really warm. The house is as described and very convenient. We are really happy. Small bonus for sharing with these two dogs and these 4 ducks. 😍

Ideal accommodation for a few days of rest and relaxation. As shown in the photos, everything is impeccable and the environment is wonderful. Patricia has been very helpful and kind. And... The bathroom in the jacuzzi is a must, spectacular! In addition, it is perfect for going with a pet. We'll repeat!

one of the most beautiful towns and areas we have ever visited. Beautiful well appointed accomodation. modern and tastefully decorated with lots of extra touches. This is an interesting and peaceful place. we loved it! The cows downstairs were quant, but the farmer a bit noisy with music. the surrounding mountains and landscape is prescribe and awe inspiring. This is the place to go if you want to get away from the crowds and bustle. The town is impeccable and the rustic houses beautiful.

It's the perfect place to disconnect with friends for a few days. The house is in perfect condition, and very well equipped. A very quiet and conveniently located place for sightseeing, although access is complicated. Eulalia was very attentive from the start and helped us get to the house on the first day so that our arrival wasn't so complicated. The house is great and the service is a 10. Wonderful views.

The house is lovely and Antonio is an incredibly helpful host giving us lots of information. Unfortunately the weather wasn't great for us so the views weren't as beautiful as the pictures. I would say if you're looking for peace and quiet the house is perfect, but to do things other than hiking, you will need to do a fair bit of driving.

We had a really good time at Marta's place! It is a beautiful place and very well connected. Marta is very kind and has a very nice house with everything you need to spend a few days very well. The outdoor area is perfect. The garden is beautiful and the barbecue area is very cozy. Our little dog has enjoyed it a lot too!

Charo and Marcos are super friendly hosts! Charo was waiting for us and had baked a delicious tortilla and cheesecake. The dining table was full of all kinds of delicacies! It was cool outside and the heating was already turned on for us. It is a lovely house in a small village close to the highway and Santander. We enjoyed it and would love to come back!

This was a lovely stay, tucked away from the usual tourist path. Most importantly, we absolutely loved the hosts. They welcomed us with a pour of cider they brewed themselves in their shed, and it truly felt like coming home to your Spanish aunt and uncle’s house. The accommodations were great — a clean, well-kept space with a bedroom, kitchen, and living room. There’s free parking right next to the house, which made things easy. Heads up: the drive there can be a little confusing. You’ll probably feel like the GPS is taking you the wrong way, but just trust it and keep going. The road winds up a mountain to a tiny village at the top, and it’s worth the trek. The only real downside was that there weren’t any restaurants within walking distance. But it was a short drive to nearby towns with great food options. This is a perfect spot if you want to get off the beaten path and experience a more local, authentic side of Spain.

The house was beautiful, situated in a quiet, peaceful, rural haven. It is well equipped with everything you could want for a stay, and very comfortable. The drive up through the village is no problem and there is good parking right next to the house. Jamie was a great host. Very friendly and responsive, good ideas for things to do and very helpful information generally. We had a really enjoyable stay and would recommend it to anyone.

Cute and cozy cottage. It is a renovated farmhouse that is tastefully decorated. It has beautiful views over the mountains and is in a very quiet area. The location is perfect to further explore Picos de Europe. From Tama, you can quickly reach the various small villages nearby, and there are many hiking opportunities.

SPECTACULAR… The place is a paradise, a quiet area, the house is located in a privileged place. The views look like a painted canvas. The best place to disconnect. All you hear are bells and animals. The perfect house, it has everything you need for a 10-star stay. I have to say the beds are super comfortable, I've never slept so well. Getting to the house is not difficult, the directions that Pilar gives you are perfect so you don't get lost at any time. And she was also available for anything we needed. The truth is that if we could repeat... there would be no doubt... we would repeat without hesitation Thank you for a perfect stay.

Mayte was helpful at all times to make our stay a pleasant one. Communication has been easy from the moment you arrive. Maybe we missed some details like garbage bags, but we didn't mention it, so that was our fault, since Mayte responded perfectly to everything we communicated and asked in a very correct and fast way. The house is very nice, recently renovated, well-equipped and clean. I recommend Mayte as a host and her house as a very good option to spend a few days in the eastern part of Asturias. Very quiet and very close to Picos de Europa, beaches, tourist and natural attractions, and cities such as Llanes and Ribadesella just a few minutes away. If I had to go back to the area, I would repeat.
