Monthly Rentals in Peaks Island

David is a stellar host. He was so attentive, and responded to all of my questions before and during our stay and at check-out. The house is exceptional. The kitchen appliances are top-notch and it is well equiped with ample cookware and dishes. We loved hanging out on the decks, and the windowed living room made hanging out inside on the rainy days also a pleasure. We were a group of 7 and the house never felt crowded. In addition to the 3 bedrooms and the basement bunkbeds, some of us brought air matresses and there was plenty of space for them. There was also ample parking for a large group. We've already booked our reservation here for next year, and we can't wait to return!

We had a great time in Danika’s cottage! The space was perfect for a friends’ weekend, and we especially loved hanging out in the yard. We were within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and even a few rummage sales! The home was clean, beautifully updated, and full of character and charm.

Such a great little spot in one of the nicest corners of Peaks Island! John was great, being flexible with me when my arrival time needed to be changed up. Would visit again and again!

Can’t say enough about how great our stay was! Andrew was incredibly responsive, let us check in early and check out late without even asking. It was a great location on the island, very walkable, even for my mother with a bad knee (she was exhausted after the first day though). Would absolutely stay again!! 10/10
