There’s also a neighborhood market with beer/wine and some groceries 1 minute walk from the apartment. Plenty of street parking. Take a 5 minute Uber ride or 15-20min walk into downtown Salem and enjoy its rich history. Easy access to Rt. 128 and Rt. 1.

This first floor unit in my newly renovated two-family home is 3/4 of a mile from downtown Salem with all its attractions. Guests have two off-street parking spaces in a tandem configuration. Inside there is a master suite with an en-suite bathroom and queen bed, a second bedroom with another queen size bed and a second full bathroom. The kitchen is completely new with quartz counter tops and stainless steel appliances. There is also a laundry room that guests are free to use.

A cozy sleeping area is featured, with a spacious bed dressed in soft linen. A warm bedside lamp provides gentle illumination. Shelves above the bed hold various books and wicker baskets, while a comfortable armchair is positioned next to a small side table.

Located in a lovely neighborhood, this place is a gem! So well appointed, there was nothing we could have needed that wasn’t there! The decor was beautiful and Kelly provided so many extra touches. The kitchen was well equipped, including spices, Keurig Cup Pods, tons of dishes, and utensils. The bedrooms were lovely and very comfortable beds. We can’t wait to come back!!!

Had a great stay. Beautiful rooms and close to everything downtown. We stayed for our 10 year anniversary as well as to participate in the Salem Arts Festival. Micah was helpful with parking tips for our van that was too big for the parking garages and answered questions quickly. Would stay again!

Leroy responded quickly to my questions. He stocked the apartment with Keurig cartridges, which I appreciate. This location is fun - on a bit of land, almost a tiny island, in a small pond. There was a great blue heron on the driveway twice in the morning, and I also saw a Baltimore oriole along the driveway. The apartment was very clean and just what I needed in just the right place.

Very comfortable and well appointed apartment. Bed was great. Plenty of living space. Good supply of towels/ linens. kitchen also had ample pots/ pans/ dishes. Living room was very relaxing after long days touring around. Washer/ dryer on site much appreciated. Location was great - close to town center, shopping, highways. very easy to get around. Great value. Highly recommended.
