This house is wonderful! One of the nicest Airbnb’s we have ever stayed in. Everything was so clean and neat! We loved it and can’t wait to come back soon.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Our stay at TreeHouse Cabin was absolutely PERFECT! The hot tub was magnificent — soaking under the stars with snow all around was pure magic. The 360° views from the wraparound decks were breathtaking and the peaceful setting surrounded by the National Forest made it the perfect escape. The cabin itself is beautifully designed, exceptionally CLEAN, and loaded with amenities — two kitchens, two living rooms, a sauna, a massage chair, and even arcade games kept everyone entertained. Nights were so cozy and peaceful. Everything about this place was thoughtfully designed for comfort and relaxation. Highly recommend — we’ll definitely be back!

What a beautiful place! The linens were soft, beds luxurious, the space was perfect for our family of five. The highlight was the hot tub and looking up at the stars at night after a long day of hiking. Perfection!

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay here! It was a beautiful neighborhood with lots of elk and wildlife. Close to trails, food, etc. The co-host was very kind and communicative with us. We would definitely stay here again!

We stayed here for a short weekend trip to Sedona and loved our accomodations! I was worried about not being in the thick of Sedona, but the village of oak creek was perfect. Close enough to popular hikes and restaurants, but far enough to enjoy the sunset after a long day. The highlight of every evening was sitting on the patio and watching the family of deer come by to graze. The house was clean and comfortable with a working kitchen. We were easily able to cook a few family meals and a grocery store is a mile away for any extra ingredients we needed. Blake was proactive and was available if we needed anything. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Sedona!

This property was amazing. There were so many activities to do downstairs plus a great hot tub. The kitchen was extremely well stocked. The location was great for all Cottonwood activities and was not too far from Sedona activities. Eric was awesome and had excellent communication prior to and during our stay. Highly recommend this property. It did not disappoint once.

The perfect place to explore all that the area has to offer. The house was incredibly clean and had everything we needed, including a complimentary bottle of wine which was such a lovely surprise. Tommy was very accommodating and responsive. The hot tub was awesome and the fenced in yard with a doggie door to the house was perfect for our pup! The front patio was the perfect spot for enjoying a morning coffee and the views, while the backyard was great for evening stargazing. Highly recommend!

Christan’s place felt like a home away from home. We went for a 3 day baseball tournament and wanted to do nothing but relax and watch movies once we were back and this was the perfect place. Christan is so nice, responsive and flexible. I highly recommend and would go back!

We had a great stay! The home had everything we needed and was very clean. We really enjoyed the indoor fireplace. We were also able to see a herd of elk early one morning right outside the home which was very magical. Would stay again!

We had a great stay here. We stayed for a month so really got to know it well and it is very comfortable. The house has EVERYTHING you would need or even think you'd need, from the kitchen to toys in the 'kid's room'! Some things to confirm about the listing - the driveway is very steep, it doesn't look bad in the pictures, but it is! The view from the covered deck is so much better, the pictures don't do it justice, beautiful! Over the course of a month we pretty much used everything in the house and it all is up to snuff and works well. I worked remotely and had no internet speed issues. The internet went out once and the host was super responsive and it was resolved quickly. From the house, we saw elk several times, And a coyote too! The primary bedroom with a king bed is upstairs, which is nice. The bed is very firm. Water pressure for the shower is good. You would need a car if you stayed here. The only thing my husband and I remarked on was the lack of cereal bowls. lol

Wonderful stay in Payson. The hosts were very helpful and responsive. We enjoyed spending time on the court playing basketball and pickleball! The location is wonderful, you’re close to everything in town but also in a very private area. We were visited by a large Bull Elk, Cow Elk, and their little baby! Overall it was an amazing place to stay with friends in a great location, would recommend!

We had a great experience with Lo and her cabin! Lo responded quickly to us to confirm our reservation and was even very accommodating when we had to change plans within a week of our original booking. The cabin is in a very peaceful neighborhood. We found it easily and had no trouble getting in. It was comfortably furnished, clean, and stocked with everything we needed. It's perfect for 2-4 people.

Had a blast, small cabin but great for a small family. Very clean home. We will definitely be back soon!!

The place was very convenient to the local shops, the neighborhood was quiet and the home was clean and comfortable. I met with Gary as he showed up to make sure we had propane for the grill. Super nice, friendly and accommodating. I would recommend others stay here as we will be back. Thank Gary, we had a great time.

Loved staying at this Airbnb. Perfectly located right outside of downtown Sedona. Close to a number of iconic trailheads. Gayle was a great host with a beautiful home!

I have stayed in many Airbnbs- this was the most beautiful of all. The house was gorgeous as well as the surroundings. There was plenty info on everything- restaurants, sight seeing, trails, relaxation- anything you could think of. I will be visiting again! Perfection!

We were in awe of this beautiful Airbnb! It was beyond our expectations. Worth every penny. Amie stocked the amenities with everything you could imagine. We had a wonderful stay at Mitchell’s Airbnb! The house was clean and in a beautiful location. The view was incredible!! The host was very responsive when we needed to reach out, we would definitely love to stay here again in the future!

Loved this place! My family of 5 (3 kids, all 20+) came to Sedona as we love to hike. While it was about a 20-25 min drive to get where we wanted to go, we enjoyed the quiet location this home had to offer. The outdoor area was amazing. We found ourselves sitting around the fire pit watching the sunrise, the pool and hot tub after our hikes, and the large outdoor table for eating and games. Inside was just as nice with plenty of space. The kitchen had everything we needed for the meals we prepared. I also appreciated the mount of starter supplies (toilet paper, garbage bags, dishwasher detergent, etc) that were left for us to use. We didn’t need to purchase anything for our 5 night stay. There were also plenty of bath and pool towels. If we are ever in the Sedona area again, we would definitely choose this home again.

Amazing place - convenient to drive to all the most popular trails. 20 minutes drive to restaurants in Sedona and the drive itself is scenic - pure pleasure to drive every time. We also were working from home some of the days: the Internet connection at home is perfect for that, and breakfast/coffee places are 5-7 minutes drive, so worked well in the mornings before work. Another advantage: you can enjoy sunsets on a private deck. There was a grill there too - we didn't use it, but you can make your dinner there and enjoy sunset, no need to look for a restaurant with a view. Pool and hot tub were quite busy during the day, but if you travel with kids - that should work well anyway. Enjoy your Sedona trip!

Our stay here was great! The house was clean and just as described. The back yard area was beautiful.. We enjoyed nights under the stars in the jacuzzi. Would stay again!
