It features a bedroom with a double bed with air conditioning cold/heat, TV (c/Netflix, no cable TV) and ceiling fan. In the living room, two single beds and a standing fan. Also, an anafe, electric oven, electric heater, refrigerator and bathroom. It has a car and grill entrance. It is not heated.

Green and silence predominate here, facing a public park formed by the accesses to the city, therefore it has direct connections with national routes 3 and 90. Downtown is a 5-minute drive and 25-minute walk away. You won't regret it.
