Apartment is immaculate with everything you would need. I have found with other Airbnbs the kitchen ware is a little sparse but there was plenty of utensils etc so I was able to cook properly. It’s less than a 5 minute walk to the beach and there are two small markets next door for small essentials. From the balcony you can just about see the sea which was nice. The building was very quiet when I visited. Host was always responsive to messages and polite. I would definitely stay again 🙂

The place was great and the value for money is great! Unfortunately, loud music could often be heard from the hotel down on the beach in the evening, but we quickly got used to it. All in all, a great experience 🤗

We as a family were received in a very friendly manner. Most of all, we were impressed by cleanliness, order and modern furnishings. The location was really good and especially close to the beach. The shopping is really good. If we fly to Alanya again, we'll get in touch with Gulzhan :)

Yaman came into contact with us, was helpful and available. He lives with his family on the ground floor, who welcomed us hospitably. The dog and the three cats of the house are sweet and confiding. The place is quiet, the beach is about 10 minutes, supermarkets are right around the corner. From the spacious loggia of the attic apartment you can look all the way to the beach. If I were to go to Avsallar again, I would book with Yaman again

A private villa with a pool, located 1.2 km from the sea. The kitchen is well-equipped with more than enough utensils, and the interior decoration is both tasteful and functional. Every room has air conditioning. With just a bit of landscaping, a full-size refrigerator, and even a small oven, it would be absolutely perfect. Thank you! Thanks to the owners of the place and his wife who welcomed us with hot meals so that we could regain strength after the trip given our late arrival, everything was perfect it was very clean and very functional we spent a week in paradise we have no complaints

Chak was incredibly gracious. He truly enjoys hosting people, he gave us so many recommendations. I ended up getting sick and he was so helpful and his concern and accommodation showed how much of a good person he truly is. I had an amazing stay at this property! The location was incredibly peaceful and beautiful, with everything you could need just a short walk away. The host was exceptionally responsive, friendly, and respectful, making the experience even better. From the moment I arrived, this place felt like home. The walk to the sea took just 5-7 minutes, and there are great restaurants and supermarkets nearby. If I have the chance, I will definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

It was an extremely attentive and clean apartment, I had no problems with check-in, it was a very calm and elite neighborhood, everything we were looking for in the apartment was available, I highly recommend it, it was great

The apartment's location is great. We had 2 supermarkets near the house and we were a 5-minute walk to the beach. Everything is very clean in the house and yard. The pool is cleaned every morning and the area around the pool too. Demet was always there to guide us and helped us with everything. She is a very nice woman and willing to help with whatever you ask. We were 3 adults for 3 and a half weeks in the apartment. The 3 of us liked the comfort of the house. The Wednesday and Saturday bazaars are very good and all the products are of good quality and very fresh. I thank our host for her friendship, for accompanying us and showing us many tourist sites in the city. Thank you very much for your hospitality and invitations. From Maritza, Erck and Viktoria

Great location. A101 and taxi station are just next to the building. Many good restaurants like Pinot wine & dine are really close. 10 minutes to the beach. Internet was a bit slow - do not expect to watch movies or any other activities that require a high speed connection. Please notice the electricity/water payments, and deposit are not included in the apartment payment. Everything I needed was in a walking distance. I really liked the place and surrounding area. Highly recommended
