Vacation rentals in Pavel Banya

This is a beautiful old house which has evidently been lovingly restored by Maya and Kalin with some delightful features. It is in a quiet rural location with lovely views of the mountains. The property is spacious and well-equipped and there is a large garden. Be aware that the road to the property (1km from the main road) is in a very poor state which our small hire car found challenging in places. We enjoyed seeing a visiting hare and a red deer and listening to the grasshoppers and birds. There are local walks and Kalin was very helpful in suggesting places we could explore in the neighbourhood.

Valentina’s villa is outstanding! Excellent, large bathroom, an additional restroom (suitsble for showering as well) and 3 spacious bedrooms, one with an additional bed. Very cosy dining room and conveniently placed outside BBQ. Everything seemed brand new, and exceptionally well designed. The villa is definitely punching well above what its price tag would suggest - highly recommend!

The room was clean and tidy with complete facilities. The bed was warm and comfortable. A very nice apartment. The host was very welcoming.

By far in the top 3 of our all-time favorite AirBnb ever! The house is just mind-blowing - a wonderful kitchen (upon request, the owners bought a hand-mixer to compliment all the other amenities you could possibly think of), cozy bedrooms and spotless bathrooms providing privacy for everyone in the house... but the absolute cherry on top of it all is the sitting area upstairs with an extra coffee area and a play kitchen area for the kids right next to it. It's the true definition of coziness. It's a house, designed and built with the clear idea to make it feel like a home for every single person who enters it. And man, they did a hell of a great job with that. Personal note to all future guests - please take good care of it and show respect for the love and dedication the owners invested in it, it's like a little piece of heaven and I hope everyone will treat it as such. To the owners - a sincere thank you for your creativity and for sharing it with us! We will surely meet again!

Една от най-страхотните ни почивки. Мястото беше прекрасно! Тихо, спокойно, чувствахме се като у дома си през цялото време. Двора, басейна, къщата и верандата бяха поддържани и изключително приятни. Цвети и Даяна бяха изключително гостоприемни, мили и отзивчиви. На много малко места бихме искали да се върнем, но това определено е едно от тях! Благодаря ви за гостоприемството и отношението!

Die Wohnung ist hell, geräumig und bietet ausreichend Möglichkeiten, Sachen zu verstauen. Es gibt auch einen Wintergarten. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Sogar während des Rosenfestivals konnte man einen Parkplatz in Wohnungsnähe finden. Die Wohnung liegt perfekt, man ist direkt in der Fußgängerzone. Die Nächte waren trotzdem recht ruhig. Es gibt ausreichend Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Der Vermieter hat uns ein tolles italienisches Restaurant empfohlen, das nur ein paar Schritte entfernt war. Auch als Ausgangspunkt, um die Gegend zu erkunden ist die Lage perfekt. Der einzige Kritikpunkt, der sich vermutlich regeln ließe, wenn wir uns gemeldet hätten, waren die nicht vorhandenen Töpfe. Es gab zwar zwei Herdplatten, aber nur eine Pfanne. Zumindest noch ein Topf wäre fürs Kochen hilfreich.

I must leave a good review for this guesthouse. The host was very patient with us and flexible with check-in. The room had a particularly beautiful view from the window, was fully equipped with everything we needed, and was aesthetically pleasing. It made our Rose Festival experience complete and wonderful!🫰🥹

Прекрасно място, изключително уединено и красиво ! Последната къща на улицата и нищо друго освен природа около нея! Пътя накрая към къщата не е асфалтиран но ние бяхме с градска кола с нископрофилни гуми и нямахме абсолютно никакъв проблем да стигнем и да излизаме няколко пъти и да се връщаме след разходка из близките градове. Вътре е уютно и чисто. Къщата има чар. Домакинът беше много приветлив и след кратък разговор ни остави да се разполагаме и почиваме. Определено бих повторила.
