It is a ground floor unit with two rooms. The rooms inside are joined and have a door in-between for privacy. The second room can be used as a living room. There is one kitchen and bathroom attached to the bedroom. There is a private verandah at the entrance where the guests can sit in and enjoy nature while sipping on hot tea.

This is besides regular farming of famous Dehradun basmati rice , wheat and vegetables. Short treks can also be arranged.
