Welcome home to our delightful 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath, 2-story townhouse! Each bedroom has a queen bed. Both are located on the second story as well as the full bath. Living room, dine-in kitchen, laundry room, & half bath are located on the first floor. AC is provided on the first floor and in both bedrooms. Cable & internet provided. Sorry, pets are not allowed. Please be honest and no smoking at all in the house!! Thanks for keeping my place clean during your stay :) No parties. Bridal showers and small things like that are probably OK. Just ask. Please, be sincere on guest count over 4. This is a nice 3-bedroom ranch house with 2 full bathrooms. There is a large back yard with a patio and a farmer's field beyond. Great for spending time with your friends and family having a cook-out and/or bonfire.

My Friends and I had the greatest time staying at your bus!! We really appreciate the s’mores supplies that you left for us!!! After dancing all night at our friends wedding we came back to the bus to have s’mores and absolutely crash. It was amazing!

We had a magnificent experience at the Indiana Dream Barn. Dustin was so responsive in answering all of our questions, and proactively communicated all the local recommendations and clear instructions for check-in, our stay, and check-out. The house itself was spacious, updated, clean, and had all the amenities you could ask for -- a great indoor pool, a court for playing basketball, dodgeball, pickleball, etc., an awesome theater room, a big kitchen with updated appliances, plenty of comfortable sleeping arrangement options, and a great patio and tons of space in the yard for lawn games and relaxing in the peaceful countryside. Couldn't recommend this place more for big groups of all ages -- thank you Dustin!

"The Farmhouse Room"

Andrew, really seemed to care about the home and my experience there, however I was sharing a kitchen and bathroom and living area with other guests and he cant control them, they way they live, or even how they smell. I gave Andrew 5 stars because his communication was outstanding and he professionally communicated problems with all the guests. All the other guests were actually pleasant and no problems, but one guest/couple were not considerate of others. I just wish I could have stayed when that couple wasn't there at the same time.
