Arus Beach Home - Cosy Beach Facing Double Room

SrilekhaRating, 5 stars1 month ago
The stay was beautiful. We went during the peak summer so itโ€™s obviously extremely hot, so stayed inside this amazing stay during day time, enjoying the view from the balcony. There was air conditioning but I think the capacity of air conditioner is not sufficient for the space of the room. Had to keep it on for so many hours to feel the room cooling down. No food places to go nearby, the airbnb helper cooks amazing sea food, other than that one can be able to order food from swiggy. Totally worth the price, very remote. Might have a bit of trouble to communicate with the helper/maid because she only knows malayalam, but easily manageable with a bit of effort and google translate.

Property was absolutely clean and we didn't feel to call and check on anything since everything was in place. Many many thanks to Dev who was in touch with us from the beginning to end and guiding us to visit the places and restaurants which are more popular and worth. Really appreciate your help and guidance on each ask and I would recommend friends and family to consider this place. For sure will visit next time. Regards Manjunath

DAIRA (Art Residency, Co-living, Co-working) (D1)

ChristianRating, 5 stars3 months ago
It is a good place and you can have a nice time working and living here. All facilities are there to make this a vivid coliving - a nice kitchen, a garden area, spacious couches and a common desk area. (The pictures are 100% real). I regret that I had no real contact to the other guests though during my short 3 days stay. But when I ran into a gathering of Athul with his friends I got invited to join and felt like an old friend immediately โ€“ indian hospitality at its best. The place is in walking distance from downtown with a good selection of restaurants, shops, markets and the railway station. It's a residential area still so if you're planning on activities like going to the beaches be prepared to take a Rikshaw.

Homestay |Ur Home Away From Home

PashaRating, 5 stars4 months ago
Our stay with Naveenโ€™s family was the highlight of our two-month journey in India. Hospitality often comes from training and business strategies to earn good reviews, but sometimes, it comes straight from the heartโ€”and thatโ€™s exactly the case with Naveen and his family. We spent most of our time with his mother, whom we soon started calling โ€˜Aunty.โ€™ The food was incredible, but more than just its taste, it was the love and care she poured into cooking and serving it that made every meal special. Naveen was always available, answering our questions and ensuring all our needs were met. If youโ€™re looking for a true homestay experience and a glimpse into daily life in India, this is the place to be.

This was my first stay at a homestay. I wasn't sure what to expect. However it turned out to be a great experience. We were welcomed with a refreshing lemonade drink by friendly host. They helped us settle down quickly. All amenities are good. We being strict vegetarian, kitchen was really useful. Thank you Babu and special thanks to Amma as well. Beach is just five minutes walk where we spent lots of time.

Villa Avni, a beach side family retreat.

SarmistaRating, 5 stars1 month ago
We had a truly wonderful stay at Villa Avni in Nileshwar, hosted by the welcoming Naren. He made us feel completely at home from the moment we arrived, even suggesting local places to visit and ensuring we had a comfortable experience throughout. The breakfast provided was delicious, and lunch and dinner are also available with a 3-hour advance order (at an additional cost), which was very convenient. The villa looks exactly like the picturesโ€”beautifully decorated, cozy, and very well maintained. Itโ€™s located just about 100 meters from a quiet beach, which is easily accessible on foot. You can even hear the soothing sound of waves from the villa, adding to the peaceful atmosphere. I stayed here with my husband, our 6-year-old daughter, and my elderly mother, and we all had a very comfortable and memorable stay. Thank you, Naren, for making our vacation so enjoyable!

KaitharaHeritage Home 6bedroom for upto 20 guests

Hari PrasadRating, 5 stars3 months ago
Our stay at Kaithara Heritage Home in Kannur was an absolute delight, especially for our group of 15 (including children!). This heritage gem strikes the perfect balance between old-world charm and modern convenience, all wrapped in warm hospitality. **The Property:** Impeccably maintained and brimming with character, the property feels like a living museum. The traditional architecture, polished wooden interiors, and lush gardens create a serene atmosphere. Despite our large group, there was ample space for everyone to relax, play, and bond. The kids loved exploring the nooks and crannies, while the adults appreciated the cleanliness and thoughtful amenities (modern bathrooms, reliable Wi-Fi). Though we didnโ€™t meet Mr. Xavier in person, he was exceptional! He responded swiftly to every query, ensuring our check-in and stay were seamless. The real stars on-site, however, were the caretakers **Titu and Shreya** โ€“ their kindness and attentiveness made. Highly recommended

This place is a adobe in its own world!! Absolutely beautiful, serene, and calm. The property is itself surrounded with nature and has maintained its raw essense of the earth. Someone looking to escape the chaos should definitely spend a night here. The three of us sisters spent 4 days there with utmost comfort of home and felt very warm and welcomed by Sandeep and Santosh (the hosts) followed by all the workers (Yalamma (someone you can almost picture your mother and sister in), Praveen (an amazing chef who cooked authentic tasty food), Junaid (got us comfortable within the space). Looking at them felt like a family together. The rooms were clean, with fresh linens and blankets provided. We took the woodpecker and that comes with a bathroom that's detached and downstairs. Definitely hygiene maintained. So, folks should definitely check with the host before booking. The river is a must that you should visit along with certain beautifully set platforms overlooking the nature.
