True to the Patmian architecture and style, with whitewashed walls, exposed stones and large windows, it offers one bedroom, one bathroom, a living room with high ceiling and old wooden floor and a fully equipped kitchen. Βρισκεται 7 περίπου λεπτά από το κέντρο της Σκάλας και από την κοντινότερη παραλία. Κοντά στο σπίτι υπάρχει αρτοποιείο μανάβικο και σούπερ μάρκετ. Η παραλία Μελόι είναι στα 2 λεπτά μακριά με το Αυτοκίνητο και το Αγριολιβαδι στα 6.
