House vacation rentals in Pathum Wan

The house is really a great place to stay!🌟 It's spacious, really clean, comfortable and feels new. The swimming pool was also very clean with inflatables provided 💯 All the essentials are provided and everything worked well. The host is very responsive and helpful too. The live in nanny at the back is also a huge plus as she keeps the place clean everyday but she doesn't disturb your privacy. 5 stars!

My friends and I stayed here for a few nights. The house is spacious, clean, and well-equipped, perfect for a group stay. The air conditioning worked well (super cold), and the location is convenient with walking distance to cafés nearby and to the BRT. We especially loved the games room, it kept us entertained for hours. The neighbourhood was peaceful. We had a small issue with a room door lock, but the host managed to arrange a locksmith, even late at night, which we really appreciated. Recommended for a fun stay with friends!

Friendly owner.... Quick respond... Have a nice small pool for chill out... It is close to Nana and Asoke BTS... walking distance to many Bar and restaurants.. Overall, it is wonderful for my 3 nights stay..

Jenny is a lovely host. She provided welcome fruits and breakfast for everyday. She allowed us to checkin early and very kind to our family. And very responsive. The house is spacious, spotless and has everything essential things we need. Situated in a peaceful location connecting to the airport but not far from the central area either. Has stairs and informed us well. For guests visiting, please be mindful of map directions in Bangkok … thanks, Jenny stepping in to assist.

What a great place and location. Clean and Easy. They worked with me on my weird check in and check out times as well with clear, easy communication. Exactly what I wanted and was hoping for.

Communication with Thanya, Sasi, and Feung was good, quick, easy, and friendly. The house is very charming and cozy, located in a quiet, local neighborhood with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. There’s a morning local street market. The 7-Eleven is just around the corner, and there are several great street food spots close by, I recommend Mr. Zong’s duck noodles.

這是一個非常新的民宿，民宿亦有停車場供應，只是泊車位置較為狹窄，需要小心停泊。清潔方面也是可接受的，只是某些部份位置也看到一些灰塵，唯一需要改善的事，屋內有很多小昆蟲。整體來說，非常滿意是次住宿。

도심에 위치하여 어디서든 훌륭한 레스토랑과 쇼 핑몰 그리고 지하철 접근성이 매우 좋습니다. 호스트는 항상 신속하게 친절한 응답을 해주었고 우리의 짐을 자정까지 안전하게 맡아주었습니다.

Une oasis au coeur de Bangkok. La maison est propre, lumineuse et dispose de tous les équipements utiles et confortables pour un séjour en famille. Sani nous a fournis toutes les informations nécessaires avant notre arrivée et elle a été proactive durant notre séjour. Si vous cherchez une maison au calme, située non loin du centre ville agité de Bangkok, cette opportunité est à saisir absolument. Vous connaîtrez Sani et sa famille, avec toute leur gentillesse. N'hésitez pas à demander pour le petit déjeuner proposé, qui est varié et délicieux ! J'ai adoré séjourner au coeur de ce petit coin de paradis .

Just what we needed for our time in BKK. Easy to find and convenient with 7-Eleven just down the road and the beautiful park within walking distance. Rooms were spacious and clean!

Natty’s place was perfect! The house looks exactly like the pictures—clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. Everything was just as described, and Natty was a wonderful host. I’d definitely stay here again!

Great stay, this home is as per description. May is super responsive and accommodating to some of our request, checking in and checking out was seamless, the house is clean and you feel right at home. Suitable for friend group and family of 5. IMO it is less suitable if you’re traveling with older folks, as this is a shop house the staircase can be a lil steep for them to climb up and down. Other than that, the stay was a perfect base for our food trip in the heart of Chinatown, and if you’re a shopper and looking for deals, the wholesale market is just 2 minutes walk away.

We had a great stay! The host was very responsive and always willing to address our concerns. If we ever come back to BKK, I’ll definitely choose this place again.

Dreamm’s listing was exactly as described. Spacious, clean, quiet neighborhood. Great amenities, washer and dryer was a plus. BTS station is an 8-10 minute walk. An abundance of stores and restaurants within walking distance. 24 hr. 7-11 store is a 5 minuet walk. Some of my personal recommendations would be, take the hop on hop off boat and the 4 hour bike tour. We thoroughly enjoyed or stay at Dreamm’s place. She was a very responsive host. I highly recommend this air b&b and will return.

Great host , friendly and helpful. Recommended for group or family and it's located in old town whereby all the local food are easily accessible. For a more local sight of the city , this is the place. Nearby to BTS and boat pier which makes it convenient to all areas.
