Monthly Rentals in Paterna

We had a great stay at Maria & Joan's place. We stayed for a month, to help on our arrival upon moving to Valencia from another country and it was an excellent choice for different reasons. The location was super practical, and though away from the city center, it had all we needed (supermarket, shops, metro, restaurants, playground) within walking distance. The house was well equipped, with many rooms and bathrooms, spacious and also quiet at night. As a host, Joan was immediately available when we needed and easy to communicate with. We fully recommend their place for short or long stays in Valencia.

A great small apartment but very well equipped. The contacts, from start to finish were perfect and the welcome very friendly. Mutual trust worthy of mention. The location is very quiet, so is the building. The ability to park in the garage is a huge plus. Tram station a 5-minute walk away. I spent about ten days and restful nights. I would definitely recommend this place for a single person or a couple. There is everything you need to feel at home.
