Excellent stay. The host was very professional, and responsive. We booked far in advance and everything went smoothly, from check-in to check out. The apartment is new, modern, clean, and spacious for 2 people. There’s a grocery shop near by if you need, otherwise taxis are incredibly cheap in Uzbekistan so you can go anywhere from there, quite easily. Overall great value. Be sure to try local cuisine.

A cosy, welcoming, and picturesque place to stay, located right next to the Gur-e-Amir Mausoleum and within comfortable walking distance of other sights in Samarkand. The hosts are extremely kind and considerate, and their friendliness and willingness to help made my stay in Samarkand as pleasant and relaxing as it could possibly be. I would have stayed for longer than one night had I know that this was such a lovely place to spend time. Highly recommended!

체크인 시간이 무척 늦었음에도 숙소까지 찾아갈 수 있게 계속해서 안내를 해주셔서 감사했습니다! 체크아웃할 때도 저의 편의를 너무 많이 봐주시고 배려해주셔서 오히려 죄송할 정도였어요. 외국인에게 중요한 거주등록도 적극적으로 도와주셨고요, 집 안이 무척 청결하고 깔끔한데다 주변 환경도 편안해서 편히 머물다가 갑니다. 사마르칸트에 가면 다시 꼭 찾겠습니다

Very large and spacious accomodation, comfortable and with a clean bathroom with great water pressure. In a nice and peaceful neighborhood, under 30 minutes walk to Registan square. We felt very welcome and received recommendations for food and drinks. Nice garden with a place to sit in front of the house, don't worry about the neighbors security camera, it just detects motion :) Great stay and highly recommend!

I great place in a friendly neighbourhood where I got to know a number of shopkeepers very well. The centre can be walked to in 30 minutes and there is a direct bus to the railway station. Marufjon made the check in really easy, immediately filling out my visitor registration upon arrival. I had a bit of a cold when I was staying and Marufjon was able to help me out with a few things. It's a lovely, safe place, very calm. Oh, a previous guest review mentioned lack of curtains. There are curtains now. You'll have a great time and make sure you get to know the neighbourhood, not just the city centre. I hope to return.

if you want to experience the most authentic staying with local food, conversations, silence and starts at night - you are on the right track. the host is super helpful and friendly, our staying was like a warm blanket with no disturbances at all I highly recommend you this place if you want to get emotional attachment to Uzbekistan, I got one.
