Jimmy and his family are amazing hosts, super friendly, and responsive! The hotel is centrally located on Main St. and it was so nice to be able to walk everywhere. The room we stayed in was cozy and enough to accommodate a 2 night stay as we explored the town. Their cafe on the main level has tasty food as well. Book your stay at Cold Spring Hotel!

Just got back from a wonderful one night stay with Jimmy. We were greeted warmly, with humor and great local recommendations. The hotel is a convenient 10-15 minute walk from the Cold Spring Metro North stop. The room was exactly as pictured: quaint, clean, and cozy. We were offered discounts on breakfast and additional nights stays, which was a great touch. Jimmy was kind enough to hold our luggage and let us use his cafe's restroom after we checked out and explored Cold Spring for the day. If I come back to explore the multitude of hiking trails in the area, I wouldn't hesitate to stay with Jimmy again. Jimmy and his family are incredibly kind and gracious host, super accommodating and tries their best to make every stay as pleasant as possible. The room was very spacious and clean and location was perfect and central to all.

I came to Bear Mountain for a weekend of hiking. This was perfectly placed to be able to access the nearby shops and restaurants (I recommend the Barnstormers BBQ!) as well as most importantly an easy distance to hike to get to the trail heads. The owners were friendly and helpful, full of advice for the area as well as sharing stories about themselves and other hikers. I couldn't have asked for more - and if I'm ever back in the area or I get my wish to hike the Appalachian Trial, I'll be sure to stay here again. Thanks very much!

Great place to stay with a group if friends. A lot of reviews mention it but, there is no fan in the bathroom which doesn't seem like a big deal but it makes the room feel constantly humid. Not a deal breaker but including it in my review to add to the chior of people telling them to install. Other than that, clean and practical space that looks exactly like the pictures. The rooftop bar that is advertised is in the same building but you must exit and go through the side entrance and would highly recommend a reservation. Super responsive desk - needed a light bulb replaced and an iron brought to the room which was done with ease.

Jimmy is a respectful, kind & gracious Host. He was there to greet us, was very attentive, had great recommendations for places to go in town and was so accommodating. The room & bathroom were very clean, it is a quiet location and incredibly convenient. Everything is within walking distance in the center of town. He also had a very kind and courteous support staff when we checked out in the morning, simply a wonderful and peaceful stay.

My husband and I had an amazing time at Margaritaville Resort! Karlo was so helpful at the front desk, and even gave us a call when our room was ready for check-in. Our luggage drop was a breeze, and the room was even better than we imagined. We had a city view from our 14th-floor room, and it was super clean and tidy. Plus, it’s right in the heart of everything. We highly recommend this place!

Great location in Williamsburg, within walking distance to the subway and restaurants. Great weekend!

My friends and I had a nice stay here for a night. I would recommend and stay here again. Check in and check out is not very flexible I would say but is smooth. Other than that I don’t have any complaints about it. It is at a hotel so the host just refers you to call the front desk instead of reaching out to them for any questions that need to be answered after check in. The pool looked incredible but we unfortunately did not have time to use it during our stay this time. The lobby and hotel room decor is so lovely.

Chef Step is an exemplary host. He could not have been kinder, more generous or more thoughtful. Brought us his amazing coffee every morning. Made delicious breakfasts (Eggs! Elk sausage! Fresh juice!). He seems like he was born to host. He is a gifted storyteller and has many a tale to tell. Our trip to NYC was enhanced by our stay with Chef Step and we’ll absolutely stay with him again. Thanks Chef! CCH!

My partner and I had a lovely time at their place ! The room was clean and beautiful. Loved the sunlight coming in every morning. The neighborhood was nice and the highlight was the cat! Highly recommend :)

In a last minute change of travel plans, I reached out to Iyad late in the evening to see if I could still reserve a room. His response was prompt and welcoming, and the space was as advertised. Nice modern space, very clean, and quiet. Definitely recommend!

This hotel is quiet and located in a safe area, highly recommend. I loved that there are only 3 rooms on the floor I was on, and the high ceiling made the space feel bigger!
