Ein Tiny house im münchener Westen. Wir vermieten ein ca. 14m² großes Gartenhaus in unserm Garten. Es ist ausgestattet mit einem Bad mit WC und Dusche, in der Küche gibt es einen kleinen Kühlschrank, Spülbecken und Herdplatte. Schlafen kann man auf einem Schlafsofa ca. 1.60m breit. Ein Stück des gemeinsamen Gartens kann mit genutzt werde. Eine Bushaltestelle ist nur 50m entfernt. Mit der S-Bahn ist man in ca 10 Minuten in der Innenstadt bzw. in 20 Minuten am Starnberger See.

Guests can use a small terrace. Bus at your doorstep.

Welcome to my cozy and quiet 1.5 room apartment . The sunny balcony invites you to relax. From the apartment there is a good connection to Marienplatz in 15 minutes. (S-Bahn) and in about 15 minutes to Theresienwiese (Oktoberfest) by tram 19. Parking is free in front of the door. Within walking distance is a shopping mall, Westpark, for a walk, Bakeries, supermarkets, drugstores and small restaurants.

The accommodation was so clean and nice! Unlike other European accommodations, it was a system where you take off your shoes before entering, so it was nice that the soles of your feet wouldn't get dirty. The kids are really babies, and they're so cute. There was no trash can in the room, and it was a little inconvenient to go to the kitchen past the living room to find a trash can, but I collected it and threw it away at once or used the bathroom trash can! The hosts are also friendly. :) For reference, there is no elevator at the station closest to the accommodation!!!! Please note for those with heavy luggage!!

This place offers a beautifully decorated bedroom and your own clean, private bathroom. I had access to the restful and lovingly landscaped garden. The train station was in walkable distance or easy to access with public transport. Pirrko was an attentive, forthcoming and friendly host- I felt right at home. It is in a quiet residential area.
