While we have gone to extensive lengths to eliminate sound transfer, you may still hear occasional footsteps above (especially 7-9 am and 5-7 pm).

Access to laundry room available. Blocks from bike path on the Columbia River. Just a short walk to the Hydroplane races. Airport 5 minutes away and easy access to shopping and recreation. To comply with the City of Pasco code, this apartment must be rented for a minimum of 30 days.
