the amenities are of good quality. Arrival at the host's home with the lockbox allows self check-in. Being a Harry Potter fan, the theme was perfect for the stay. The bedding and linens are clean. We had a great stay. The only downside: the lack of darkness in the upstairs bedroom for sleeping. I highly recommend this listing! Thank you 🖤

We had a wonderful stay! Everything clean, beautiful and functional Amandine responds to every question quickly and super friendly. Cottage is quietly located and yet everything is within walking distance! Recommended!

We booked a girls' night for a birthday, we loved it!!! Everything was perfect, the accommodation, the jacuzzi, the bedding, the outside with the view of the fields is so peaceful and pleasant. We are delighted to have stayed at Laurence's, the apartment is spacious and bright. There were 6 of us, yet each had their own space without the feeling of being crowded. The accommodation is cute, a nice little cocoon. The host is very responsive and kind. An apartment that we recommend without hesitation.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Laurent’s apartment. Due to flight delays we arrived at 1AM. Laurent’s entry instructions were clear though were unprepared for the very heavy front door so it took a second attempt. The central location was the best aspect for us enabling us to walk everywhere easily. The kitchen was well equipped making self catering easy. A recommendation made by Laurent of a place to visit became one of the highlights of our time in Lille. Laurent was quick to respond to any enquires we had during the week. I would definitely rebook if we were to visit Lille again.

Nice accommodation in a very quiet area. Good bed, nice shower and the possibility to cook something yourself. We were allowed to store e-bikes inside and we also enjoyed the nice view of the garden. Michel is a very nice host and we also liked that there were so many maps for cycling and hiking.

Very nice apartment, not at all that unpleasant impression that you have with some Airbnbs of finding yourself in a sterile and lifeless place. This accommodation is the opposite, warm and welcoming, like the owner. Only five stars, except for the price (three stars), but it should be noted that it was an evening when the accommodations in Lille had reached saturation.

We had a wonderful stay at Laurence and Pascal’s place. They were incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home. The room was spotless and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach and close to restaurants. We truly enjoyed every moment and would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and well-situated getaway in Ambleteuse. They also have a very friendly cat :)

It was lovely to revisit Nadine's beautiful house and catch up with Nadine and her friendly dog Tom " who remembered us from our visit last year" Nadine's breakfast set us up for our long journey south, all home produce, even fresh eggs from Nadine's chickens. Pascaline and her husband were very friendly and did everything they could to make us feel welcome and as comfortable as possible. Since we don’t speak French, there was a bit of a language barrier, but nothing seriously problematic. Both Pascaline and her husband speak some English, which was enough for basic communication, and for anything more complex, translation apps were very helpful. The surroundings are unbelievably peaceful, with a few horses on the property that add to the special atmosphere. Breakfast was simple — a typical French breakfast — but very tasty and fresh. It was prepared at a time that suited us, which we appreciated. The time of year (early May) was perfect for our stay. If life gives us another opportunity, we would gladly visit them again.

We stayed for one night to stop on the Véloroute. The accommodation is as described, easy to find and the instructions given in advance allowed us to find it very easily. We were able to store our bikes safely in a room. We'll keep the address in mind for next time!

What can I say? Everything is perfect. Authenticity and stylish decor. We arrive and already want to stay longer. Everything is perfect with the small terrace to relax and have breakfast in the sun and WHAT BREAKFAST! We wish this was our secret address. In any case, it will become a real haven. Camille is the best!
