It was a nice stay at her place, I would definitely recommend it. It was clean and cozy. And the garden was lovely and charming.

Estuve una noche y la experiencia fue excelente. El departamento está muy bien ubicado, en una zona tranquila de Palermo pero cerca de todo. Limpio, cómodo y con todo lo necesario para una estadía corta. La comunicación con el anfitrión fue rápida y clara. Lo recomiendo sin dudas.

Estuve 35 días, apartamento muy recomendable para estadías largas,buena ubicación,seguro y tranquila y bien conectada con centros turísticos. Wifi funciona muy bien Gianfranco muy amable y resolutivo en todo lo que se le pidió. Repetiré seguro..

Rubén fue muy acogedor y servicial durante nuestras dos estancias en su casa en avril y mayo. Es muy atento, muy amable y preocupado por nuestra comodidad. Nos sentimos como en casa. Fantastic location, great house, very comfortable. Lots of great restaurants within a short walk. Our party of 6 really enjoyed the space. The pool table was a hit! Would definitely stay again the next time we are in Buenos Aires!

Hermosa y comoda casa de pasillo. Todo ordenado y limpio. Barrio muy tranquilo, siempre hay lugar para estacionar. Maria es muy atenta y amigable. Lugar seguro y bien iluminado por la noche. Nos encanto. Super recomendable.

We wanted to stay in a real neighborhood, not a tourist district, for our extended stay in BA. Carolina's place fit the bill. Walking a block or two, you've got really good restaurants, grocers, bank, fabulous pizza (fugazetti), a lovely park, bus stops... really everything you need to live as a local. The place had quaint woodwork & ironwork, & good wifi. The coffee maker was nice (Nespresso) tho the pods got expensive, as much coffee as we drink! Mostly , what we didn't like about the place wasn't Carolina's fault and was beyond her control -- like the new construction going on directly behind of a new building, so noisy mornings. Hopefully they'll finish it soon! Also the street in front of the apartment is not a quiet side street; it's a thoroughfare.We didn't find the eating area to be comfortable, so we ate in the living room -- the stools were too high to sit comfortably at the island. But good value for the $ & a warm, helpful host made up for those things.

Everything was incredibly accessible and easy to navigate. This Airbnb was genuinely the highlight of our trip and elevated our entire experience. Todo bien. La cochera con espacio justo para 4x4. La heladera es un frigobar pequeño (mayo 2025). Para tener en cuenta si viajan varios días, yo no tuve ningún problema. Gracias

Estadia impecável, apartamento muito limpo, arejado, amplo e climatizado. Destaque especial aos quartos, com uma bela cama e roupas de camas de otima qualidade além de cortinas blackout, dificil de encontrar em BA, juntos ao silêncio extremo do local, favorece noites de sono perfeitas. Banheiro tb merece atenção positiva, amplo, limpo e bonito, sem aquelas banheiras antigas e cortinas de plástico. Enfim, ótima localização, próximo a vários restaurantes, confeitarias e comercios de palermo, pra quem gosta de caminhar, vale a caminhada pelo bairro até chegar no parque de palermo. Luisa foi muito gentil e prestativa. Tudo nota 10.

Muy buen hospedaje, estaba limpio y era hermoso. La anfitriona fue muy amable y nos resolvió todas las dudas al instante. Es un barrio tranquilo y a la vez cercano a varios puntos interesantes de la ciudad. Considerar que son 4 pisos sin ascensor por lo que dificulta el movimiento de maletas. Recomiendo comprar papel higiénico ya que no era de buena calidad el que se ofrecía. Si tenía todos los demás implementos para una estadía perfecta.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Gonzalo was very responsive and gave great recommendations. The apartment was clean and as described. The building was beautiful. The location is close to Armenia park which has great bars and restaurants to try. Would stay again!

O apartamento é uma graça! Exatamente como na descrição. A localização é incrível, bem próximo de excelentes restaurantes, numa área segura e tranquila. A cozinha é bem equipada. Estava tudo bem limpinho!!! Mariano é de uma gentileza ímpar...sempre respondeu rapidamente aos nossos questionamentos e nos ajudou com indicações precisas para que pudéssemos encontrar o que precisávamos. Tivemos dias muito gostosos!!!!!
