Cozy 50m2 loft with 2 bedrooms and living room with fireplace and modern kitchen is located on the third floor of a wooden building house (built in 1879) which is located on the Old Town's Special Conservation Zone, right in the centre of Viljandi and close to everything - cafés, lake and castle ruins. The house is freshly renovated and has central heating and modern ventilation but still with old details that are characteristic to Viljandi and adds a historic flutter and a little adventure.

Dear guests! It’s not a hotel or hostel, this is my home I would like to share with you while I’m working somewhere else. Quiet area, bus stops around 900 m, big supermarket around 1 km. 3 km to the center and 3,5 km to the beach. No noises while there are concerts or festivals in town. Not suitable for the people who have allergy for pets. Me or my representative will meet you and explain all the details. Suitable to the families with a baby if you have your own babycot with you. A perfect day in the heart of Pärnu awaits you: A 2 minute walk in the morning to the local farmers' market to get some fresh pastries, a hot coffee and fresh fruits and vegetables. From there you can take a short walk to the beach meanwhile enjoying the busy streets of Pärnu - all this in just 10-15 minutes. When the evening comes you can discover Pärnu's old town during a walk and end your night at the apartment with a table football, a relaxing sauna and a good movie from Netflix.

🏡 Welcome to Saueaugu Guesthouse – open year-round! The house is tastefully renovated in a contemporary rustic style. The guesthouse offers peaceful views of open fields and a small forest. Our farm is home to Nordic sled dogs – guests may meet them or join guided hikes for an additional fee, and enjoy sled rides during the snowy winter season. This cozy apartment is located 5-minute walk away from beach and 15 minutes walk away from the city centre. The apartment is perfect for families and couples. There is a small grocery store across the street. You have free parking space for one car and free wifi. For an additional fee you can rent sauna or oudoor hot tub. During the SUMMER months (June, July, August) cozy garden café is open, we offer a buffet breakfast every day from 8:00 to 11:30 for an additional fee.

Kick back and relax in this calm, recently finished (August 2022) cozy Saunahouse with an outdoor patio and eating area near Lake Viljandi. Saunahouse is located in a private yard and is perfect for 2 people, though an extra is possible. As the sauna is located in a private yard, there will be two extremely friendly Leonbergers (see the picture at the end) freely roaming around yard and maybe looking for belly-rubs or two, which is something to be considered.
