Cottage vacation rentals in Parkside

We had a wonderful stay in the beautiful cottage, everything was extremely clean and thoughtfully set out. We really appreciated the bits left for breakfast for both mornings and also the wine and snacks which we enjoyed on the terrace. Would 100% recommend to anyone staying in McLaren Vale!

I've done a fair bit of travelling and without a doubt, this is one of the best Airbnb's I've ever had the pleasure of staying at. It has everything you'd need for a holiday, it's great to see that there are hosts out there that still care about providing a memorable experience and not only a roof over their customers heads. I can't reccomend this place enough. I would definitely reccomend to family and friends, and I will definitely be back!!

The accommodation was beautiful and well looked after. The fireplace and bath were amazing.

Had a wonderful stay here with a friend for Gather Round 2025. Well positioned for the Adelaide Oval games. Also on the free city bus loop which was helpful. Regina was super responsive and helpful with check in etc. The cottage is lovely and decked out in period furniture. Beds were comfy Thanks for the stay

We had a lovely stay. The cottage has everything you need. Jane has thought of so many details. Very friendly and helpful when we needed something. Can highly recommend the cottage. High quality facilities and provisions provided. You’ll have. Relaxing time.

Absolutely loved our stay. Beautiful and private so much character and lovely view out the front. Lovely heated floor in the bathroom to keep that cosy and warm for our winter stay and robes provided for the quick dash outside to get to the bathroom. Would love to stay again if we come back to Adelaide.

The place was perfectly located in a gorgeous setting with everything (and more) that you would need for a relaxing stay. So many wonderful little extras and a breakfast feast to fill your tummy. Local produce and lots of cute little additions. We loved the surrounding space and the alpaca visit each morning. Great parking and super lovely hosts. We will be back for sure. Thank you ❤️

Our second stay at this terrific BnB. It won’t be our last. Rosie is a very proactive and easy host. This location is unbeatable…a short stroll to the Botanic Gardens and the delights of North Adelaide, the CBD and Norwood. The home is very generously appointed with stylish and homey touches. Beautiful calm courtyard. Supremely comfortable bed and armchairs , lots of interesting books to browse. Our enormous dog felt very welcome and right at home. As this is my hometown we didn’t need recommendations but there is a lot of helpful information for tourists too. If you get the chance to stay here you’ll be delighted.

This is our second time staying at this beautiful little place. The location is great. We could walk to get groceries or get coffee at the beach. Nice little parks nearby. The house itself has all you need. Gillian was super friendly and communicated well. She went above and beyond for us :)

Our stay in Deb’s place was everything we envisioned! Cozy house, close to the city but in a quiet street. A nice area to go for a walk and discover parts of Adelaide.

Loved staying at Janet and Marcus’s place. Very close walk to supermarket, coffee shops and restaurants. Nice walk through the park to the CBD also. House is private, quiet, very comfortable and great for large groups. Would definitely choose to stay here again.

Great place to stay. Everything you need is available and clean. Welcome pack in the fridge is good after a long day travel. It is walking distance to the beach and cafes. The house is a good size and suits us well for a hassle free getaway.

Beautiful cosy place to stay, in a peaceful setting but still close to everything, with great pubs, restaurants and cafes nearby. Also there is a great walking track right near the cottage to explore. Was lovely to be able to take our little dog with us as well.

Bird In Hand Cottage is a such cozy and beautiful place to stay over. Great location in Port Noarlunga where you can walk to the beach in short minutes, Cafes and restaurants also nearby as well. The cottage is spotless clean and Suzie is very friendly, always reachable, top host! I would recommend Bird In Hand Cottage and would definitely come back on my next visit to SA. I loved Poppy's place! it was cosy, clean, accessible and in a beautiful neighbourhood! I'd definitely stay there again!

I highly recommend Julien’s place. We felt comfortable from the moment we stepped inside. Such a cozy and quaint vibe! The surroundings are beautiful and peaceful. Julien went above and beyond for us. He is truly an amazing host. Would love to stay here again.

We've stayed at Mary's cottage before, and as on previous occasions, it was a lovely place to say. An easy walk to shops, cafes and restaurants. Jane was very accommodating in letting us do an early check-in on the day we arrived.

This cottage is absolutely stunning! The photos don't do it justice, the energy and surrounding nature made the stay even more peaceful. Bonus is also the local foodland that is just a short walk accross the road! Finally & Terry were wonderful responsive hosts who seemed lovely. We loved every single moment of this place and can't wait to come back one day. Thanks again guys!

Jane was amazing from the get go, from the beginning of the booking to the end of our stay. The home was absolutely beautiful and so cozy. It was definitely a 10/10 place and my friend and I are so glad we got to experience this amazing place near our favourite park. Thanks for your hospitality Jane!

Lovely place, was better than Expected. So picturesque, stunning view out of every window. Gorgeous heritage style, lux comfy bed. The kids loved the marshmallows and looking for tractors out the window!

We stayed for a whole week. Great place. Jessie was quick to reply to messages. 10 minutes walk to free tram that takes you through the CDB. IGA supermarket, cafes and pubs within a block away. We recommend the Coopers Ale House around the corner! It was very cold for us (early June with some rain) coming from up north, so we didn't get to enjoy the nice looking courtyard much, but heating inside was good and worked well. Washing facilities were great! Our Kia Carnival didn't fit up into the driveway along the house, which we knew was going to be the case, but you can park on the street in the driveway in front of the gate, and there are 2 cars parks out the front that are not time limited if you can nab one. Would stay again :)
