Waterfront vacation rentals in Parker Strip

This getaway spot was amazing! Janina's place was super easy to find and had great parking options even some for thoes with boats/ trailers. The area in and outside was clean. The kitchen had spices, tea and coffee, and many cooking appliances. The bathroom was also fully stocked with things we may have needed. The bed was very comfortable and clean as well. There were extra super soft blankets and towels that were much appreciated. Also very central to amazing food and sites but not too much in the hustle and bustle of their busier areas. Would love to stay here again anytime!!

Great location right on the channel and just steps from the beach. Condo was clean and roomy and hosts were responsive when we had trouble with the keypad to unlock the front door. Walk to restaurants and the London Bridge, which you can see from the dining room table. Covered parking also a plus in AZ. We look forward to our next stay!

We love this place so much! The layout of the condo is perfect with a bedroom and bath on each side of the living area. Practically sits on the beach. We have super easy access to restaurants and some beach shops. And a magical view! What more could you want?

I cannot say enough good things about the host or the location, it was beautiful inside and outside. The owners were very communicative, there for anything we needed, and extremely generous. The place itself was clean, had lots of dishes, towels, and the bed was very comfortable. It’s a great location 40 minutes from Havasu and less than 10 minutes from Parker which has Walmart, Safeway, and food options. Would absolutely stay again!

This was the perfect location. Gorgeous view of the lake and golf course. Enjoyed the patio and the view of the London Bridge. Very walkable to many restaurants. Javelina Cantina was fun for Southwestern cuisine and loved Angelina's for Italian. Took a boat ride over to the Casino - fun. Perfect location for a stay in Lake Havasu. Pool beautiful. Comfy beds, lots of hot water. A great stay...

We loved staying at villa 12! We normally stay at villa 4 but this year wanted the extra bedroom and it was wonderful. Such an easy walk to the beach and the outdoor kitchen was amazing! This was our 3rd year staying at the villas and will be back for years to come. The kids had a blast and made some amazing core memories. Thank you Darcy! ❤️

Truly a beautiful place and wonderful stay. We only wish we could have stayed longer to relax and enjoy Lake Havasu. The home is in a perfect location, if you get the chance to stay here do it!

First off, what a great house and what a view! The home was very welcoming for our group of 12. We had plenty of space for everyone to spread out and not feel on top of one another. With the covered patio and pool we were able to beat the 'unseasonable' March heat (up to 98!). The hot tub and fire pit were nice a addition on cooler evenings. On more than one occasion the game and arcade room was used for competition and fun and the gym equipment in the garage was a great bonus. In all, our time at Brittany's home was relaxing and enjoyable. The home was clean, and the hosts were responsive to any questions we had. They provided plenty of information leading to check in to make it a smooth process. Would highly recommend this home and would love to visit again.

The stay at Kristi place was amazing! Cons: Resort office staff were rude and office closes at 4 (don't be late for check in). This is a trailer park resort with the spaces crammed on top of each other (not private). Front door was not obvious to find so it took me a minute to get inside. Place is small and the floors were slightly dirty. No ice maker which would be nice. Pros: Getting inside was easy once I found the front door. The location is absolutely gorgeous and you will definitely meet new people. The beach is right below the deck and you can carry kayaks up and down the stairs with relative ease. I felt comfortable leaving my kayaks on the beach as it's only accessible to resort guests. Beds were super comfortable. Appliances were very nice and newer models. Deck and view of the lake are AMAZING! The whole vibe is adorable and Kristi was SUPER responsive and offered to have her cleaners come for the floors. I loved this place and definitely will revisit another time!

This house is amazing and priced well for being in keys. It is in a great location we booked kinda last minute and everything was ready for us when we arrived and Maria communicated very well to make sure we had a smooth check in. I had to download an app to access the door that she had to walk me through but once figured out it made the check in simple. We would definitely love to stay in this keys house again for a stay in Parker.

An Exceptional Stay! This Airbnb was the most beautiful and welcoming place we’ve ever stayed at. From the moment we arrived, we felt at home. Everything was immaculate, thoughtfully designed, and equipped with every detail to make our stay absolutely fantastic. The interior was spotless and perfectly arranged, creating a cozy and serene atmosphere. The rooftop access offered breathtaking views, such a quiet and peaceful retreat! The host was incredibly kind and helpful, always available to ensure we had a wonderful experience. We feel so blessed to have spent a month here, and we’ll definitely return whenever we’re in Lake Havasu. Thank you for making our stay unforgettable!

Nice clean place easy to find, clean and quiet neighborhood. Lake Havasu was a very nice community to hang out in with lots of different options to do. We’re a family of 6 and I feel that was perfect for the house but that’s just my opinion. In the end I have nothing bad to say about the house and was very happy with choosing it as our place to stay! Pool is like 8’ deep on the deep end so it works out for all ages!

First time in this unit. Very nice and comfortable. Level 3 has the best views.

Vicki was wonderful to work with. She was helpful and communicative. When I encountered an issue, she helped right away and was flexible. We already have our next stay booked.

My finance and I have stayed all over Lake Havasu , we could confidently say this has to be one of our top 3 spots to stay . It’s less than 5 minute drive to gas station , grocery store , wall greens , 3 minute walk to the channel, and less than 10 minute walk to the London bridge. Also queens bay has a heated pool and hot tub that closes at 11 ! We definitely recommend to anyone planning a trip to Lake Havasu!

Laura was very helpful throughout the check in process as well as always letting me know she’s there for us. We had a great stay and would gladly stay there again as the location was ideal and close to restaurants and the lake/channel
