Soon’s Airbnb is a treasure hunt from the moment one enters the house. Every small thing has been designed with lots of care and intelligence. The usage of space is impeccable. He has designed the house keeping in mind every small aspect that a resident might need. Be it the mirror with led light in the study desk or stocking the kitchen cabinets with tea/coffee refills or even the slippers kept in the bedrooms. The house is a visual spectacle and shows the artistic side of how a heritage house can be remodelled with modern touch. I will definitely consider staying here next time i visit Penang. Also Soon is an extremely responsible host. He kept me informed about every small aspect of the stay before my arrival. Even during the stay he was just a message away and responded to our small requests promptly within few minutes

Highly recommend!! Clear and fluid communication throughout the entire stay. Hosts were friendly and accommodating - they met all our needs and requests in a timely manner. We put the kitchen to full use for an entire week and it was easy to walk or Grab to get groceries or visit the beach. The complex was safe, quiet and, of course, the view was magnificent! We had a relaxed, effortless and beautiful stay in Batu Ferrenghi. Can't wait to return!

We had a wonderful stay at this this place.The space was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed. The bathtub was a great feature—perfect for unwinding in the evening. But the real star of the show was the ball pit! The kids absolutely loved it and spent hours playing, laughing, and having the time of their lives. It was such a unique and fun addition that made the whole stay extra memorable. This place is a fantastic choice for families looking for a stay that’s both relaxing for adults and exciting for kids. The condition of the house is very good. All rooms have airconds and funtioning well. Clean toilet and bathroom. I really recommend this apartment for you guys! - all items in the kitchen can be used (dapur masak, toaster, peti ais, microwave) Just u need to spare or bring ur own mineral water (Water heater is provided no worries). All in all my family enjoy the staycation and felt very comfortable with this house.

Thank you so much for hosting us! We really enjoyed our stay. I have to say De’s place is one of the house we stayed that doesn’t skim on giving comfort to the people. De’s kitchen has good utensils, bowls and mugs that are good quality. In many other places we had been to, they’re not good at all. Same goes to beddings and linens. De’s offered cleaned ones and comfortable beds. Thank you so much for clear instructions and for being a very responsive host. We will surely love to stay at your place next time we visit Malaysia again.

Fiona was a great host throughout the stay, she was also very accommodating of requests that was made to her. The house were clean and thorough with provided amenities. The only thing would be that, the mattresses are slightly lower for my elderly relatives but if you huge young crowd, this is the perfect place to get together Plenty of room around the house to 'lepak', get together, chit chat. Overall great stay and great place for a huge crowd.

This house is just as magical as it looks in the pictures, with complete and thoughtful amenities. Location-wise, it’s fantastic—just around the corner from Armenian Street. The immediate surroundings may not seem impressive at first glance—the alley is quite busy with people walking or parking, and some neighboring units are run-down. But once you step inside, it feels like a hidden gem. The contrast between the outside and the beautiful interior makes the stay feel even more special. The entrance is a bit narrow with a few steps and a slightly steep ramp (as it’s a preserved heritage building), but it was still manageable for my mom, who has mild knee issues. The host was also wonderful — clear, responsive, and thoughtful. All the instructions were easy to follow, and everything was prepared so well for our arrival. You can tell they’ve put care into making guests feel welcome and comfortable. All in all, my family was very happy with our stay and would love to return again!

In the evenings, a small alcohol shop opens just around the corner, attracting a lively crowd who gather to enjoy drinks outdoors. Unfortunately, this often leads to some individuals relieving themselves in public, resulting in unpleasant odors that can affect the surrounding area.

Strategic location where not far from airport and also George town. lots of hawker stalls nearby<2km (need car). the view is panoramic which can view the sea.. lots of amenities provide and have a Coway water filler and dryer are a plus . Definitely will stay again if visit Penang
