I can’t say anything bad about Mr. Alexander. Super kind gentleman, very helpful and super friendly. Early check in, late check out also no problem, excellent communication. Just truly recommend. A realky "Great Value Stay" for us, as a couple combining hybrid working pattern and seaside relaxing moments fmin our 5days'stay in Cyprus. 4+people would be nicely accommodated as well, all hosted nicely in private pool and in bbq! All the facilities & ammenities we asked for, either in or out the house, where right there for us. Hostess has been very attentive to us all though our pre/during visit, providing guidance on extra services and on activities for our pleasunt and experiene. Already making plan to come back this year!

Amazing place, feels like home, like country house. My 3 yo son was totally amused with vintage stuff placed everywhere. There are a lot of experiences which you can get: pool, fire pit, jacuzzi, fire place, local eggs etc. We are definitely going to visit this place again! Thanks a lot for that hidden gem of forest peace!

We had such an amazing time staying at this villa in Agia Varvara while we celebrated our wedding in Cyprus. Eva was so helpful and very responsive to all of our questions. The villa itself was absolutely gorgeous and the surrounding neighborhood had everything we could have needed at a walkable distance (coffee shop, grocery store, restaurant, and pharmacy). We loved this villa and would 100% stay here again!

Our family of four with two daughters (nine and seven) had a lovely stay in Charoula's house just outside Zygi. The house was exactly as described and we loved the pool and garden area. Despite being in a group of houses, it felt very secluded by the pool. There was a great balance of sun and shade in the garden, which was important as we had a few hot days in our week. The house was well-equipped: we barbecued a lot - and there was everything we needed for that - and the children appreciated the inflatables for the pool! The location for us was great. We could walk to a beach bar on the way to Zygi, or take a very short drive into Zygi itself, which had lovely tavernas, a small supermarket, and a beach. We were also planning trips to visit family in Nicosia, which was a very easy drive (around 45 minutes, but quick to get to the A1). We also visited a local beach bar called Akakia, which we particularly enjoyed. Charoula was a helpful and very responsive host. Thank you!

We had a wonderful time. The area is very quiet and at the same time well located for daily excursions, highly recommended. Everything else was extremely straightforward.

Perfect for a family break. We had 7 nights and there was plenty to do in the area. All communication was excellent and Andy even recommended a local supermarket that would be open before we arrived. A beautiful house, lovely interior with lots of little touches, candles, board games and a fabulous courtyard which is bigger than it looks on the photos. All bedrooms are clutter free and have their own en-suite. The kitchen is large and has all the basics you need to cook meals etc. There is a large washing machine and new dishwasher with pods provided which is a nice touch. We were warmly welcomed at Tochni Tavern and then a 3 minute walk to the house and then shown around. The village is very quiet and peaceful with a supermarket, a free Astro pitch for eager football players and the local Tavern is a real treat on your door step. A fabulous traditional home in the heart of a beautiful village. The house has great views and the courtyard has a great mixture of sunshine and shade.

We had a great stay! The hosts were very kind and responsive – communication was fast and helpful every time we needed something. The house was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed. It’s located close to the beach, with shops and restaurants within easy reach. Highly recommended!

Very spacious house fully equipped kitchen and very clean. BBQ fully equipped with extra fourni(cyprus traditional oven) They even equipped with a water refrigerator. I really recommend this place. Friendly Orestis welcome us and showed us the house amenities

The owner is an architect and the house is simply a heaven in the city. His partner is a wonderful designer and artist, so the interior is wonderful. Dynamic. Vibrant. I took some friends and their jaws hit the floor. Alexandros is a kind and friendly host. Always available to help. Even when I couldn’t work the job! Highly recommended. 5 Stars. Parking can be an issue but be patient. There is always a space within 100m.

This is absolutely recommended for anyone looking for a quiet stay close to the beach. This place offers all the peace and quiet that a busy city can offer. All that while it is only 500 meters walk, and you are in the Mediterranean Sea!! There are 2 large supermarkets within 1 to 2 kilometers walk, and there are plenty of cozy pubs to get through many evenings. We recommend it to everyone! Thanks for the wonderful stay! We'll be back!

We did a friend’s party during our stay. So the place is perfect for events like that. Our stay was absolutely perfect! The place was exactly as described — clean, comfortable, and very well-equipped with everything we needed. Communication with the host was smooth and easy; they were very friendly, responsive, and made sure we had everything for a pleasant stay. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting the area.

Wow, Villa de la Familia was seriously lovely! We only stayed a couple of nights but really enjoyed the lovingly curated feel of the place. It was a charming change from the other accommodation we had found in Cyprus, emphasizing the historic rather than the modern yet retaining the comfort & luxury. Like the villa, Pano Lefkara itself is a welcome change from much of modern Cyprus. It was rather sleepy at the end of October, but a good place to explore from for a couple of days. Paola & Costas were charming hosts. They met us there on arrival & were easy to communicate with during our stay. They should be very proud of the space they have created at Villa de la Familia!

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is nice and clean with a quiet and peaceful atmosphere. The view of the sea with the beautiful garden is breathtaking. A very recommended vacation place to stay!

Cozy House in a Quiet Cypriot Village – Perfect for a Family Getaway We had a wonderful family vacation (two adults and three children) staying in this lovely house! It's a two-story home located in a peaceful village surrounded by nature. The atmosphere is calm, the air is fresh, and the view from the veranda is simply stunning — a perfect escape from the noise of the city. The ground floor has a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, stove, microwave, and coffee maker, a cozy living room, a bedroom, a toilet, and access to a veranda with a beautiful view. Upstairs, there are two double bedrooms, a bathroom, and a balcony. Everything was very clean and convenient. A special thanks to the host, who asked in advance about the number and age of our children to prepare the house accordingly. When we arrived, everything was ready — there were some basic food items on the table, and milk and cheese in the fridge, which was a huge help after our flight. The kids were also thrilled to find

The perfect Airbnb experience. A comfortable, clean and homely house in a quiet neighbourhood. The house was well stocked with clean linen and all the kitchen utensils you could wish for. The welcoming basket was a lovely touch and greatly appreciated. It was great having a private parking space for our car at the property. The town centre is just over ten minute walk, and there’s a shop and cafe just around the corner from the house. Highly recommended for a stay in Limassol.

Amazing place and amazing hosts! Location of this house is just superb, outside dining area and balcony view is facing beautiful valley with warm sunsets. Because of the hilly location nesting birds are flying right at eye level and the nearest road is not very busy and can be barely heard. The house itself has everything to spend some days away from city routine, it's not very spacious, but for 2-4 people it's quite alright. We used bbq, internet is good enough to watch a couple of movies, hot water is actually hot :) Unfortunately, hot tub didn't work the time we arrived, there was something broken, but hosts were open and proactive in terms of problem management. The are some shops and restaurants in 5-10 minutes driving, also a lot of hiking routes if you like it. We brought our road bikes on us and explored central part of the island on the wheels. Beautiful house, large, clean and very well supplied with all kinds of amenities. The outdoor space is just as nice: terrace and flower garden to enjoy the sun from morning to night! Access to the sea is at the exit of the garden, beautiful. Lars and his wife were very warm upon arrival. Place to recommend despite sometimes the difficulty in having hot water if the solar panels are not functional.
