The cottage is ideal for couples, individuals and anyone who wants to take a break from the daily hustle and bustle and slow down for a while. Depending on the season, you can taste fresh herbs and fruits in the garden, such as mint, raspberries, red currants, gooseberries, apples, and cherries, or bake something delicious.

When we discovered this magical place in 2020, in Bystřice near Včelákov at the foot of the Železné Mountains in the Protected Landscape Area, we knew that we wanted to share it and pass on its energy to other people. On one side a forest, on the other a pond, pure nature, peace and fresh air. We have built 2 cottages here, which have separate entrances, so you will not disturb each other at all. And who are we? Modern house with a pool and sauna, Žďárské vrchy

Modern house on the edge of Žďárské vrchy. The house is ideal for families with children or smaller groups. All guests looking for a rest in the garden with its own indoor pool (April - November) and Finnish sauna will enjoy themselves. The surroundings invite you to go cycling, hiking, mushroom picking and water sports in the nearby Velký Dářek. You will have the whole house with a terrace and grill, a large fenced garden with a fireplace, a trampoline, and a playground for children. You can park up to 3 cars directly on the property.

Glamping Pod Ořechy

We built our mini house Pod Ořechy to maintain the maximum possible level of privacy and tranquility. It stands right next to a sheep enclosure and has a wonderful view of the forests and meadows. The cottage is small, but thoughtfully designed. It is located on a fenced property so that your four-legged pets can come with you. On the property you will also find a private Finnish wood-burning sauna with a romantic view, which you can use without restrictions. Inside you will find a comfortable bed, a full bathroom and a kitchenette.

Accomodation in a family house (down stair - 1.floor) almost in the secluded area next to the wood. Upper floor in undergoing reconstruction. Accomodation offers 8 beds, around the house is a garden with seating and barbecue. Possibility of storing bicycles and skis. wellness - hot tube Surroundings: Pond Janus (2km), River Pond (5km), cycling, hiking, cross-country, skiing (Hlinsko Ski Resort), wellnes (Hotel Styl Hlinsko - 7 km), Veselý kopec, Peklo Čertovina, Doubravka and many others

In the garden

It is wooden, it is comfortable, it is in the garden. In the countryside of the Highlands, I built a modern cottage dedicated to rest for my family. Immersed in the tranquility of the garden with a piece of nature. Orchard, ponds, unlimited space. We put this place in peace and relaxation without a TV. A private hot tub (does not have a whirlpool function) and sauna are available for an additional fee of CZK 500 and CZK 800 per heating session, respectively.

Our log cabin offers four separate rooms, a kitchen and a bathroom with a toilet. The largest room also serves as a lounge with a large table for 10 people, a fireplace, a sofa and a TV. Next is a large attic room serving as the master bedroom with four beds and plenty of storage space. In the log cabin, you will also find the smallest bedroom with two beds located in the extension and a bedroom with three beds.

Chalet Tré

Tré je designová chata, kde klademe důraz na detail a pohodlí. Zrelaxovat můžete v privátní venkovní panoramatické sauně na dřevo. Tré je připravena jak na vaření, tak i na úklid. Samozřejmostí jsou espresso kávovar (káva v ceně), bluetooth Bose reproduktor nebo vysoké americké pružinové postele. Vytápění pomocí krbu, v koupelně podlahové topení. Přímo pod chatou je možné parkování zdarma.

Tiny house U Labe

Tiny right by the Elbe River, just 10 minutes from Pardubice. Enjoy a moment of peace, cook in the equipped kitchen or outside on the grill, read your favorite book in the armchair on the jetty. The accommodation includes a paddle board or bicycles, with which you can visit a nearby castle or a famous pub in a few minutes. You can fill a barrel for regeneration! Pets are welcome.
