The apartment is a gem; everything is clean and organized. It has towels, bed sheets and blankets; As a point of improvement/suggestion, cover the parking lot or privatize the garage (cars are on the sidewalk ramp) The sector is a little ugly, but the location is excellent. Myself and my family love the accommodation.

Karina's place is even better than the photos. Everything is very tasteful, beautiful decoration, excellent quality of bed and bath linens, dishes, cutlery, utensils. Everything is excellent! The condominium is well organized and safe. And Karina was super attentive and even left me little things that made a difference.

The house is just wonderful! It exceeded my expectations in every way. Everything was impeccable, exactly as shown in the photos or even better! The host was super attentive and responded quickly whenever I needed it. It was a great experience from start to finish. You can go without fear, I recommend it with my eyes closed!

We spent the Easter holiday and the house is simply a great place to enjoy with the family. Air-conditioned rooms, all with an en-suite bathroom, a large kitchen with all the accessories and utensils you can imagine, and integrated with the dining and living room. The separate barbecue area next to the pool is also fantastic and complete! Equipped with a fridge, electric oven, Cooktop stove and various utensils. We don't miss anything. At the back of the house there is an orchard with different types of fruit and a very green grassy area! The children had a lot of fun and spent most of the time in the position. We are so grateful for the welcome we received from our host Sérgio. It was a spectacular family vacation!

Great option! The property fully matches the listing. When we arrived, the care with cleanliness was noticeable, especially in the bathrooms. Quality linens and utensils available. We can comfortably accommodate 8 people. The property is in a residential area, with a controlled flow of people and vehicles, without any inconvenience from noise and other excesses. I recommend hosting!!

The house is great, super nice, airy and with an excellent patio. Comfortable beds, equipped kitchen and all equipment working. Lighting is an issue, because it's not intuitive - some switches are hidden. It's well explained in the house manual, but you need to read it to understand. The location is also good for those with appointments in the Lago Sul region. Next to the Lago Sul Bridge, a place to stroll around the lake and enjoy good food and great drinks. The pool was always covered with a tarp and the gardener didn't show up to clean it, so we ended up not using it. For those who are going to cook in the house, it is good to provide food and kitchen purchases (napkins, paper towels and plastic wrap). We liked the identification system at the entrance, super safe. However, some app drivers had trouble identifying the group. The doormen did not have readily available information.

Our stay was wonderful! The apartment is beautiful, very well organized and super well located in Águas Claras. Staying inside the mall was an incredible differential – we had restaurants, cafes and shops at our disposal all the time. The building is charming, and the staff are extremely attentive and polite. Suzy welcomed us with great care, always attentive and helpful. Note 10! I highly recommend it!

I really liked the location, lots of shops. I didn't like that the pools were freezing, you couldn't swim and the TV system was very confusing, it doesn't get the channels very well and there aren't many channel options, it's a little confusing to get in the day you arrive and check in. The Ofuro is paid but it is very warm and you can share an hour for more people 30 minutes for each, because you can not stay an hour. The sauna is also nice. The apartment is small and simple but well arranged. Rodrigo was very attentive, but it was worth it.

The accommodation was very good, the accommodation with all the items described in the app. For those who go for work and need practicality, it is excellent. Safe, family-friendly, well-residential environment, close to the bakery, market, pharmacy, etc. and has a gym, which is important to me.

The apartment is exactly like the photo and a pleasant view with the canopy of the trees. The convenience store has what you need for a quick meal or snack, which helps a lot if you arrive late. The only suggestion is to check the towels better, because they were clean but frayed. Important: it is quiet and the Wi-Fi is great

For one or two people it is comfortable. It is close to the Metro and a mall, which facilitates shopping and getting around for different points in the city.

For those who enjoy a bike, there is a station very close to the apartment. And it also has a differential, Mrs. Rose is very polite and kind. He left several treats, such as: mineral water and chocolates. My wife and I felt at home. We would definitely stay at Mrs. Rose's apartment again.

My family and I love it. Estadia and the wonderful place, all very clean and organized. The very polite host always responded promptly. We intend to return at a next opportunity for sure.
