Monthly Rentals in Paranoá Lake

The space is located on the edge of Lake Paranoá, in a condominium that offers numerous leisure opportunities (walking, swimming pool, whirlpool, sauna, fitness center) and amenities (minimarket and laundry). The apartment itself is beautiful and very well equipped. The host lives up to the title of super host. Recommended!

Very good apartment and owners were very transparent

Very nice place. The apartment has a small kitchen for support with a filter for unlimited water. For those with back problems, the bed can be very soft, but it was no problem for me. As it is an Airbnb, there are no hotel-like services, such as daily cleaning and linen exchange, but the cost-benefit was well worth it! The structure of the place is very good (pharmacy, restaurants, swimming pool...) and people responded to us quickly. I would definitely come back!

Everything was great, as advertised and agreed. Fabiano was extremely kind and helpful, especially in relation to the late check-out. I definitely recommend it and will return more often if I have the opportunity.
