The accommodation is a cozy, I spent quiet and relaxing days on site. Ambiente silencioso, familiar e pacífico. Comfortable beds, a refreshing pool, and a breathtaking dam. It's worth it, I've had an amazing experience!

It was 3 wonderful days, the host is always attentive, the house matches the listing, swimming pool, bathrooms and house all clean, inside the condominium which gave us greater security, super close to the beach, my son and my two dogs enjoyed everything, both the house and the walks in the condominium and beach. I recommend it

The place is amazing, we didn't lack anything from utensils, pots and everything… Super cozy, great room layout, everything impeccable. We spent an amazing carnival in the house by the Avaré Dam and we couldn't be more satisfied with the experience! The accommodations were impeccable, super comfortable and well equipped, offering all the comfort we needed. The space is simply wonderful, with a breathtaking view and many moments of tranquility. The location is perfect for those looking for a getaway close to nature, with easy access to the dam to enjoy the sunny days. For sure, we recommend the place for those seeking rest and leisure. Privileged location!! Wonderful view to see the sunset over the dam, those who like to take photos of nature will have a "banquet". Well facing the house has a street that gives access to go down the dam. The house is very good, with all the amenities indicated, very positive point for the 2 bikes...Even those who do not usually pedal decided to take a kkk, the atmosphere of the place is contagious to take advantage of contact with nature It was a wonderful holiday, I hope to come back more often.
