The kitchen is fully equipped with utensils, microwave, electric cooker, air fryer, and basic items. Washing machine and dryer. Air conditioning in the living room and both bedrooms, plus TV in all rooms. Towels are provided for the apartment and pool. The pool is shared (9 apartments), cleaned on Mondays. Garage for 1 car + 2 parking spaces in front. Comfort and convenience!
