Εξοπλισμένα με όλες τις ανέσεις ενός σπιτιού (κουζίνα, μπάνιο, βεράντες, TV, air condition,intrnet ιδανικά και για οικογένειες που αγαπούν την ηρεμία, αλλά όχι την απομόνωση. Σε απόσταση αναπνοής από το κέντρο της πόλης και την πανέμορφη παραλία του Βάλτου, με δυνατότητα στάθμευσης μπροστα από το κτίριο.

Neraduhouse is a beautiful old stone ground floor house in the traditional village of Fanariotatika. It is the third in a row fully independent house in a renovated complex of three houses of Villa Callista, Rasalu house and Neraduhouse and is surrounded by a centuries-old olive grove. It was completely renovated in 2022 with the aim of remaining as it was 200 years ago.
