Hands down the best location in Parikia. Our two families reserved both The Door and The Loft properties and it could not have worked out better. We had plenty of space and enjoyed the shared balcony every evening. We did not rent a car but both the ferry and bus stop are so close. The bus is super easy to navigate to other parts of Paros and super convenient for a day trip to Antiparos. Definitely recommend.

Takis and his Concierge Marianna are Super hosts! This is my second time to stay at his beautiful, serene and well-located home next to Lividia beach and 10mn walk to port/center/old town along the sea, I go to Paros just to stay here. Thanks again Takis and Marianna. I will be back again soon!

We had beautiful days in Parikia. The house has a beautiful view of the bay. You live on the hill, but by car you can quickly get to town and the beaches. We have often been to Paros, the view is one of the most beautiful we have ever had. Georgia is a great landlady, she is very accessible. Thank you for everything.
