Efi_Avantage studio

The Studio (26 sq.m.) is for 2 people, has a kitchen and a bathroom with a shower. It is located on the 2nd floor of the building and belongs to an apartment complex (there is NO elevator). It has a private balcony and overlooks another building, while on the left side it overlooks the sea and on the right an estate with olive trees. Access is either from the building's parking lot, from the stairs, or from the entrance ramp on the front of the building and then by stairs to the 2nd floor.
