Very comfortable and cozy 2 level house (67sqm), in an idyllic setting, with a spectacular view of the Ionian sea (20 metres from the seashore). Ideal to host up to 4 people. The 4km beach is just across the street. Along this beach, there is a variety of restaurants, bars and cafes. There are also a few supermarkets and water-sports. You can enjoy the amazing view from the 2 huge verandas. You can also sit on the balcony to enjoy the garden view.
