Sie hat einen Pool in einem kleinen Garten mit Kumquatbäumen und wunderschönen Blumen und Sträuchern. Zum Strand sind es 5 min mit dem Auto oder 20 min zu Fuß. Der berühmte 'Corfu Trail' (Inselwanderweg) führt nahe an der Villa Katalina vorbei. Das liebevoll eingerichtete Haus ist exklusiv den Gästen vorbehalten und hat einen eigenen Stellplatz auf dem Grundstück.
