Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Habitat villa is situated in the center of Dassia village but not facing a main road . Only few minutes walking distance from the beach and plenty of restaurant ,bars, caffe , markets ext.. We have double , triple and four persons rooms each with kitchenette , private balcony and private bathroom . Pool area with beautiful gardens all around , sun beds , outdoor pick nick area and sea view in a peaceful and centrally located area .

The loft bedroom, the kitchen, the shower bathroom and the living room area. The wood burning stove is the “icing on the cake” for a winter stay. The outdoor setting in the remote woods will enchant you! Please note that this house is not suitable for children under 6 years old.

Roula's place is perfect, it has literally everything that you need for a relaxed and comfortable vacation. We were surprised when we saw how big the accommodation actually is. We came by car, so we had a place to park our car. It is in a quiet area and location is great for a starting point for sightseeing of the island, also beach is near, markets also. Roula's was very friendly and helpful, also had understanding for our late arrival. She is a superhost and we would gladly come back to here place. All recommendations from us!

We had an absolutely amazing stay here. It was so peaceful. The apartment completely exceeded my expectations. It was absolutely beautiful with fresh towels and bedding all the time and the most comfortable king sized bed. The bathroom was lovely and the kitchen had all the amenities we needed to cook. WiFi was really fast and the TV’s were really nice. We really loved the outdoor space and the walk down to the beach was short and pleasant. The beach itself was nice with a few restaurants down to the right. Because of the resort next door there was security and lifeguards on the beach so felt really safe our entire stay. The host was excellent and always there to help even delivered us fresh eggs from her chickens. Overall we have had an amazing holiday here and would highly recommend this apartment.
