As a tourist, this was the best price for so much space. You’ll definitely need a car to get around. Be sure to check out the Hidden Treasures bar which is a 10 minute walk. Louis is a kind host.

We absolutely loved our stay! The home was exactly as shown in the photos—clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. It was peaceful and quiet at night, and we felt right at home from the moment we arrived. One of the best parts was the location—it was close to many places within walking distance, so we didn’t have to go far to explore or grab something to eat. Initially a bit hesitant since the house had no reviews—but it turned out to be a fantastic find! It’s much more spacious than expected and comfortably accommodates 13 people (though some will need to share a bathroom). The open-plan living room and kitchen area was perfect for our group, with plenty of seating, and the outdoor space was ideal in the evenings, offering a lovely view of the garden, pool, and ocean. Surprisingly, the TV had what seemed like over 3,000 channels—we could even watch European soccer, which was a fun bonus (I need that setup at home!). The location is the real highlight: just a short walk to grocery stores and restaurants. Everything is just minutes away, and we barely needed the car—even though we had one. The pool area was quiet and practically felt private, and the nearby beach, while small, was perfect for our short stay. Overall, the house looks exactly like the photos. We’ll definitely be back—this is a rare gem and a solid 5.

This condo is a very good option if visiting Nassau and want to avoid the resort crowds. The unit is very spacious and modern. The pool deck is immaculate and the highlight of the property. I've stayed in this building before and it is starting to show some signs of wear and tear from the elements. The unit itself has similiar feel including the furniture. There is a lack of good quality, reasonably priced restaurants in the area so having a kitchen is helpful. Can walk to beach very easily. Enjoyed the stay and would return. Host is very responsive and helpful.

Great spot for an experienced traveler or anyone familiar with the Bahamas. The condo was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, with an amazing balcony to enjoy the view. We had a bit of trouble with the check-in process, but aside from that, everything else was smooth. No complaints overall — would stay again!

Wonderful place! Very walkable. We loved going to the beach and the Atlantis food court. We even walked across the bridge to downtown! Loved it here and highly recommend.

This was a great place to stay , a fantastic location for the walkability to beaches and Atlantis shops and casino . Very comfortable very clean and the pool was perfect. From the moment of booking, Aurore & Fany were very responsive and proactive about communicating. When I arrived, Fany met me right outside and was very welcoming and helpful. The space was beautiful, peaceful, quiet and the neighborhood was so nice. Excellent restaurants within 2 min walking. I also rented a car directly through Aurore which was so convenient. They drop directly to you. Fany was very responsive if I needed anything. There were a couple times when I needed to reach out regarding the space and I was replied to right away and assisted. I would absolutely stay at this location again. Great hosts.

David & Tammy was absolutely wonderful. My son had a medical episode during our stay and they were nothing but understanding and amazing. They were quick to respond to my questions . And extremely helpful giving our taxi driver directions. Their cottage is exactly as described. The outdoor area is an oasis. Unfortunately, we had to leave early due to my son’s condition. We highly recommend this Airbnb

It was a beautiful stay. The place is great. Comfortable, spacious, modern, fully equipped. We took advantage of both the pool and the gym. The beach is small but Nassau offers several beautiful beaches to enjoy. Great location. Tamara gave us the check-in instructions plus a number of tips for things to do in Nassau. We really took advantage of it. She was very friendly and helpful. She allowed us to check out late, which helped us a lot with flight schedules. I would really come back and recommend it!!

We absolutely loved the location and the peacefulness of the property. Our children were able to play outside in the backyard, a local beach was minutes away. It was a wonderful experience and we appreciate all the tips Martina provided through Airbnb and through her red notebook. The property manager was very friendly and responded quickly to our needs. This is a beautiful condo in an amazing gated community. It’s truly a short 5-minute walk from the beach, bar, and restaurant. The unit was immaculately clean, and the pictures in the listing very accurately reflect reality. The spacious balcony has ample outdoor furniture, the living room has lots of seating, and the dinner table easily accommodated our party of 6 people. The unit is located on the second floor, so you’ll need to walk up a flight of stairs to access the front door. The mattresses were on the softer side, but of course that’s just personal preference. The upper floor of the unit is more of an “attic” type space with sloped ceiling/walls due to the roof line. While the space was exceptionally clean and very comfortable (it has its own thermostat for AC) it can be trickier to navigate for taller folks. The pictures do a good job of showing this space. Overall, this is a beautiful condo in a wonderful community.

William's Airbnb is a home away from away. My daughter and I really felt like it was really our home. William is responsive at anytime and checked on us during our stay and is very helpful. Will definitely spread the word of this airbnb!!!!!!!!! The place was clean and organized as well.

We highly recommend this location and host. Megan and all were very responsive and extremely helpful. I have chronic illness and can get confused easily or ask dumb questions due to my brain fog but they responded quickly and made everything comfortable and easy. The property is amazing with a beach and pool right on site, and the location is great in regards to how close it is to restaurants, beaches, etc. The sunsets on the property were beautiful. Megan and team set up the car rental, Rose Island pig excursion, and cell phone. Everything was very smooth and we really appreciated how easy they made it all for us. The location felt very safe and there were maintenance workers out every morning. Everyone was extremely friendly and super helpful. I can't say enough about this spot it was perfect for our needs. I really appreciate the great communication from the host, the beautiful stay, and everything else about our visit. Again I highly recommend this location and host.
