Everything about this place was perfect. It was quiet, relaxing, centrally located, secure, and beautiful. I would highly recommend it for anyone who's looking for a great place to stay in the Los Suenos area, at an affordable price. The owner, Ana Gabriela, is a proactive owner, whatever issues you may come across, she will work to solve them expeditiously. Overall, this was a great experience. Thank you.

Alfredo’s place is beautiful, wonderful location with gorgeous amenities. He was incredibly responsive and resourceful when washer broke in the middle of our visit. He had a new one delivered within hours !! Incredible !! Cannot wait to come back !

The place is amazing, Los Sueños will always be my favorite, the apartment is very comfortable for the whole family, it has a great location on the first floor in front of the pool, we will definitely be back!

Melissa’s place is beautiful! The photos don’t even do the view justice. Very safe community with some restaurants, fishing, pool day club, all within the community. Tons of towels and fully equipped kitchen, this place has everything you need and more. About 20 mins from Jaco, beach is a 5 minute drive, and the pool is right outside the Airbnb. I would highly recommend staying here!

A spectacular place with amazing views and incredible amenities. The pool clubhouse is honestly perfect. There were some extra check out instructions sent over (garbage, A/C settings, et cetera) that I did not see until several hours after checking out, but they were very reasonable and I would have been happy to comply if I had seen them in time. Otherwise, it was a perfect stay.

The accommodations were perfect for our 2 families. We had 6 people and had plenty of space. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals- we found a local fish vendor and loved making a casada dinner! The location was perfect- we had access to everything. We had parking for our golf cart and car. Carlos was very responsive when we contacted him about needing more toilet paper. We would not hesitate to stay here again!

We really enjoyed Jeff's place from the start. It was very nice and a great place to relax by the pool. When it was time to go fishing, it could not be more convenient. I hope to comeback next year. Thank you Jeff, you're a great host.

Great condo for an amazing weekend in Los Sueños. The location is excellent.The place is very clean and full of details ( soap, shampoo, cooking ingredients, etc ) to enhance our stay . Rosemary is friendly and very responsive. We will return

We had a great time last week. This condo was fabulous. The views, location and privacy was outstanding, the beds were comfortable, and Roberto was prompt in getting back with us for any of our questions/requests. I highly recommend this spot. My husband and I come to Los Sueños a couple times a year first time staying at this particular condo, but I would come back. You won’t be disappointed!

Caroline is a first-class host! She's responsive, an excellent communicator, and made us feel cared for throughout our stay. Her place is beautiful, comfortable, and well-appointed, with many luxurious touches not commonly found in AirBNBs. The condo is in a lovely, guard-gated development and very private. Check-in was flexible and easy, and she provided a comprehensive booklet about the condo and area, including contact data, activities, shopping, dining recommendations, spa treatments, etc. The condo includes Los Suenos Beach Club access, which is outstanding and across the street from the development. There is also a private pool right behind the condo. In addition to being a great place to stay, Caroline made our vacation extra special by providing personal touches like special towels for make-up removal, helpful notes, gourmet coffee, Turkish beach towels, etc. In short, our stay was outstanding! A solid five stars, and I highly recommend Caroline's place to all!

Great location in the middle of Los Suenos and ideal for the marina for fishing and also the beach club for relaxing. I would certainly stay there again.

Pura vida at its max. Pure relaxation, comfort, safety. Zeidy’s food absolute perfection, the kids kept saying it wasn’t even real, calling it dream food. Pool is bigger than what the pictures show, beach wonderful, restaurant down the road a neat little touch for a dinner. We got horses and massages right at the house. The team is fantastic and Jose was wonderful to line it all up. Our private driver that Jose arranged was just wonderful and accommodating to any needs. We would give 10 stars if we could, just like other reviews. Stay here. Or don’t, which will clear up more space in the calendar for us to come back :) :)

It was my second time in Costa Rica, and by far the best. Isabella made it so easy to get everything set up for the stay and then Mauricio met us upon arrival and gave us a quick tour of everything. I have never seen a view so spectacular in my life!I am so glad I chose Mal Pais over Santa Teresa.

Very clean, modern, completely private and secure new home. The property has a lot of rules, but the rules are what maintains its quality for the next guest. There were no surprises at this home. The outdoor living space is probably more comfortable than indoors. The water in the pool was warm and inviting. It’s close to the beach and many shops and restaurants but is in a very quiet, residential setting. The entrance and security is only 100 meters or so from the property, but I didn’t hear any traffic while I was in the home. Ekaterina’s check-in and communication was outstanding. There were no negatives associated with the house, and I would give it more than 5 stars if I could.

This home is a must to stay at, Its beautiful. We enjoyed the beach it is walkable, you’re in great location in town so you get to enjoy the local restaurants. The host Rocio was exceptional, she recommended a wonderful ATV tour to the waterfalls, so amazing. We even forgot something upon check out and it was mailed.

Marcela's place was incredible. It was absolutely spotless and clean, everything was brand new and the amenities were awesome. The AC blew extremely cold which is what you want in a place like Costa Rica, so that made the stay super comfy. There are 24 hour guards patrolling the property, and at the front gate as well. They are super friendly and really make you feel safe and at home. As a host Marcela was very responsive and gave a lot of really handy tips about how to work everything and where extra bedding etc was. The pool was beautiful and the view of the marina and the ocean were magnificent as well. I highly recommend staying here, it was a truly great experience! Thanks again Marcela! Pura Vida!

Staying at James' place was a magical experience. Beautiful jungle surroundings with an ocean view to enjoy the sunset every night. Lots of wildlife to marvel at just outdoors on the patio, which has a gorgeous setup. We loved enjoying smoothies / drinks, and hanging out in the outdoor kitchen. Cozy interiors as well. The location is very close to Santa Teresa, Stephanie was a lovely host with great local recommendations and helped us arrange/ book activities during our stay. Would love to return sometime soon!
