The listed house was extensively renovated in 2020/21 with a lot of love. The tastefully furnished house has lost none of its charm and originality. Witnesses to its old age are the original parquet and plank floors in the living rooms and bedrooms and terrazzo floors in the kitchen. The house is very carefully furnished with beautiful softwood antiques. In sunshine, life takes place outside on the terrace in the enclosed garden.

It is reminiscent of a vacation in Sweden… to top off this flair, you can relax in the in-house sauna and forget the stress of everyday life. We live together with two dogs in a secluded location on the edge of a small forest. Ideal for cycling enthusiasts. From here you can start great tours through the Ammerland! Papenburg, Werlte, Friesoythe and Sögel can be reached in 20 minutes by car. The North Sea in just over an hour. Esterwegen, as a resort in the beautiful Nordhümmling, is ideal for idyllic bike rides and relaxing walks at or to visit the memorial with the adjacent moor experience trail.

This quaint apartment invites you to relax and enjoy. In the middle of the countryside next to a cow meadow is the best place to relax. The area can be explored on foot or by bike. On cold days, you can make yourself wonderfully comfortable in front of the pellet stove. The cities of Leer and Papenburg are in the area and invite you to stroll, shop or visit a restaurant.

The apartment is located in the idyllic district of Nüttermoor. It is about 5 km to Leeran city center. The apartment is modernly furnished and offers everything you need for a nice time in East Frisia.

This modern apartment is ideal for anyone who lives in Leer and yet wants to explore the area in East Frisia while being well connected. The apartment is absolutely quiet, safe and conveniently located. Within walking distance of Evenburg Castle, directly in front of the house is the city park - ideal for a morning dog walk or romping around with children.
