Large bedsit flat with kitchen and bathroom

The bedsit flat is situated downstairs as part of our 2 storied house. We live upstairs with our dog (a Collie cross called Nessie). It is entirely separate to our part of the house. Do expect some noise from us upstairs, but we try to keep it to a minimum. You have use of your own kitchen with a washing machine, and bathroom. We have a big garden and can offer a parking space for you behind the automated gate. Our place is very close to the beach, we are one road back from the dunes.

A private outdoor area features a well-manicured lawn surrounded by tropical gardens. An undercover deck with a dining table and chairs is visible. Colorful bean bags are placed on the grass, offering a casual seating option. The property is enclosed by a wooden fence.

Studio has high ceilings, double glazing, heat/air con pump. 200 metres to beach, 1.2 km to Fashion Island & Papamoa Plaza, easy 15-20 min walk via reserve with walking/cycling tracks. Approx 6 kms to Bayfair shopping. Quiet location.

This house is ideally located on the fringe of the Coast Shops (Fresh Choice Supermarket, Cafe, Gastropub) at the beginning of Papamoa. The indoor/ outdoor flow is an entertainers dream. The living areas & kitchen are north facing opening out onto 2 separate sunny decks surrounded by tropical garden.

This very cute and comfortable self contained unit has a king size bed, with ensuite (shower and toilet). Includes basic kitchenette that has a microwave, air fryer, electric frypan, fridge, plus tea & coffee facilities. There is no kitchen sink, so not ideal for lots of cooking, but perfect for basic heat ups etc. Two minutes walk to beach, shops, cafés and restaurants. Off street parking, with bus stop outside.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space just a stones throw from the beach. The unit is located under the main house and has been recently renovated. In the unit is a kitchen with a dishwasher and washing machine, a large new bathroom and two lovely bedrooms. All appliances and linens are new. Directly across the road is access to the beach and its just a 5 minute walk to the supermarket and resturants.

A large upper deck extends from the home, complemented by a railing. A single outdoor chair is positioned to enjoy sea views, while a reflective window reveals glimpses of the interior. The ocean glimmers in the distance under clear skies.
