Welcome to our cliff build little house in the Loire Valley Please make yourselves at home and don't hesitate to contact us needed. ________________________________________ Kitchen/ living room In the kitchen area, you’ll a ceramic hob and electric oven as well as a microwave and a dishwasher. Basic things like salt, pepper, cooking oil, herbs etc are available for you. An electric coffee machine as well as a cafetière, and tea pot and organic coffee, tea and sugar will help you start the morning the right way or unwind :) By the fridge is the recycling corner which we vividly invite you to use. We will empty them at the local facilities, you don’t need to worry about that. The living room area is comprised of a 3 seater sofa and an armchair from which you can watch the fire or use the smart TV ( similar to using a mobile phone and all the app but navigating them with a remote control instead of a touch screen). Upstairs The 2 bedrooms and the bathroom are upstairs. The 4 meter tall wall guiding you upstair is almost entirely in the cliff, which you can see clearly in the bathroom. Enjoy a shower in 90x100 cm shower with a rainhead, looking up at the forest through the roof window. One of the bedroom has a double bed ( 140x190 cm), an armchair for reading a book and a desk/ make up table, depending on how the mood takes you. There’s also a chest of drawers and facilities to hang some clothes. The window provides you with views of the countryside. The second bedroom has 2 single beds (90x190 cm), an armchair and a chest of drawers, as well as facilities to hang some clothes. The garden The outside space is comprised of a graveled area with a small table and a bbq, a deck area with a dinning table and chairs for 4 people and a grassed area. All is fenced in, separating it from the road and the parking area. The access to the house is down 2 steps from the parking area. A key safe is avaible and you will receive the code, if required. Small house in Touraine

Park in the garden, opposite the house. See photo on the site. Please note that there are steps in various places in the accommodation. There is a steep and narrow staircase to access the bedrooms and the bathroom. The garden is fenced. The Vienne 500 m away... all shops 2 minutes away In the Garden of France, near Chinon, Azay-le-Rideau, Loches, and Richelieu, from the most intimate to the most lavish, there are castles and gardens to discover... The house must be left perfectly clean, dishes put away, and trash cans taken out.

Chalet Nature

Here is my cottage, in the heart of the chinonese vineyard and with the forest in the back. This chalet will delight you by its calmness and its proximity to the castles of the loire (Azay the curtain 10 minutes, and Chinon 12 minutes). Direct departure from the chalet for hiking in the forest and wine cellars! This 30 m2 cottage consists of a kitchen, bathroom, living room (with sofa bed) and a mezzanine with 1m90*1m40 mattress. Sheets are not provided. The entrance is done autonomously.

In the grounds of a 15th century château - featured in a number of home & interior magazines - this beautifully converted, spacious, former stables is set in glorious gardens with views over our 10-acre truffle orchard. Full of character and charm, thick local limestone walls keep the house cool in summer yet cosy during colder, truffle-hunting months. The covered terrace is perfect for alfresco dining. (This accommodation has not been adapted for people with disabilities of any kind.)

Relax with the whole family at this chic & cozy corner of greenery. Overlooked by a net on the mezzanine, this atypical space will allow you to chill with a book & watch the children play after a tour in the Spa located under the courtyard. The greenway is at the bottom of the enclosure, which allows for beautiful bike and walking tours. Chinon is 4.5 km away, Tours is 40 minutes away, Saumur is 30 minutes away… Not suitable for people with limited mobility (steps, stairs...)

Built in Loire tufa, it is fully renovated and will offer you great comfort: fireplace for your cold evenings, terraces and plancha for sunny aperitifs. The ground floor is an open, welcoming area with a functional kitchen. Located in a small hamlet of Panzoult, Les Petites Roches, we are only 10 minutes from Île B and 15 minutes from Chinon, the latter classified as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
