Columbia Gorge Guest House: What a View!

SarahRating, 5 stars1 week ago
We stayed for 3 nights and loved every minute. The views from inside gave way to the beautiful Mt Hood vistas downtown the Hood River. That was just indoors. Outside seating gave more spectacular views. The bird life was amazing as were the gardens. We could’ve stayed there and not done any thing else. The mattress gave good nights sleep with very comfortable linens. Patty thought of everything to make the stay comfortable. Very clean and plenty of towels The little kitchen with microwave and toaster kept me from cooking 😁 Hikes were not too far away and beautiful (Tom McCall Point Trail) yet very windy with gusts. Location of the stay was peaceful and easily accessible to downtown Hood River. I would return for longer stay for sure.

Cozy guesthouse tucked in the trees

TimothyRating, 5 stars1 week ago
My wife and I spent two nights there and everything was a dream. The location was secluded peaceful and quiet. The directions for the home and amenities were easy to follow and Kalani kept in good communication with us prior to, during, and after the visit. We loved the entire trip and would recommend others to stay. Thanks Kalani!

Mt Hood view studio in the woods, pet friendly!

JuliaRating, 5 stars5 days ago
Highly recommend this Airbnb - both the studio and its surroundings are special. A little off the beaten path but well worth the drive. Loved the deck and view of Mt. Hood. Very friendly hosts (including their pup Wilson) and very accommodating of my own anxious dog.

Huge Space in the Heart of Columbia Gorge Scenery

This was a very nice, well thought out, in-law sweet. Martin was a fantastic host. He was responsive, kind, and so helpful with local recommendations. The only down side (this is just me being picky) was the lack of soundproofing between the in-law suite and the upstairs. Because we have younger kids we ended up having them sleep in the bedroom because it was nice and quiet. This left the pullout couch in the living room for my wife and I. This wasn’t a problem for us but for anyone planning to put kids out on the pullout couch should be aware there was some muffled TV sounds and a small pet running across the floor occasionally (again not a problem for us) until about 1030 both nights. Overall, I would highly recommend this location to anyone. The golf course setting was quiet and peaceful. Martin also recommended the WAAAM (Western Antique Aeroplane & Automobile Museum) and we were not disappointed. We could have spent an entire day there. Overall I would give this stay a 9 out of 10

Creekwood Guesthouse

What a wonderful stay ! It’s easy to find with the host’s clear instructions; communication was very good; check in was easy. There was a bullet point list of instructions when we arrived which we much appreciated. The apt was so clean and so well appointed, with lovely finishings and a beautiful well stocked kitchen and nice bathroom. Plenty of room, nice linens, - everything you could need in beautiful surroundings. The patio is a bonus - we drank coffee out front in the mornings and thoroughly enjoyed that. The washer/dryer are quite convenient and having tv with streaming services available was quite nice in the evenings. We look forward to returning!
