The pool size is 10 x 3m. I live with my son in the 1st floor of the building. A private use of pool can be arranged. A sandy beach is reachable by 2 minutes walking. Port and airport in 5 minutes drive. Nearby are shops to buy daily needs and restaurants with various lovely food. Wifi is available.

This amazing 150+ square meter apartment is situated in the heart of the Stone Town in Zanzibar. On the third floor of the first British Consulate in East Africa., it is a walk through history. Livingstone, Burton, Speak, Kirk, Grant and Nishal have lived here at some time in history. Its veranda has wonderful views of the sea, beach and Forodhani Gardens. The sunsets from it are amazing. Its minutes away from the best restaurants, bars, ATM machine, post office and taxi stands.

Ein wunderbarer Ort um in Ruhe zu entspannen, gutes Essen zu genießen und den Kindern beim Spielen zuzusehen. Nathalie und ihr Mann Alwin waren stets erreichbar und äußerst hilfsbereit. Vor allem möchte ich aber Jo erwähnen, den Verwalter vor Ort. Er war immer bemüht und hat uns bestens versorgt. Das obligatorische High-Five von unserem Sohn (1J.) ließ er sich nie entgehen und hatte stets ein Lächeln auf den Lippen. Apropros: Das hausgemachte Frühstück war ein Traum, aber auch alle anderen angebotenen Speisen schmeckten hervorragend. Alwin hat das Kochen drauf :) Vielen Dank Marvelous! Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Spacious Mansion - surrounded by a lush, shady garden - with beautiful, large bedrooms. Downstairs and upstairs you can choose one of the sofa-areas to relax, read a book or socialise with other guests. There is a table to have breakfast or to sit down with the laptop. Strategically placed are several ACs and fans in all areas of the house. If you want to unwind outside, you can sit on the private balcony, also equipped with comfortable large sofas, and enjoy the breeeze. The compound is accessible via good roads. In the close neighborhood you find elegant hotels and restaurants like the Protea Hotel with historical Mbweni Ruins. Many thanks to Mila and her team - dada Fadhila & mzee Khamis - who have been around and assisted us competently with tasks like calling Bajaji to drive to town, helping with the luggage, giving good advices, proactively ensuring the guests are entirely happy!

Joshua and Isca we were very happy with our stay, from the easy check in with detailed instructions (made late check-in so much easier), excursion bookings, (excellent partners/drivers), it allowed us to check out different parts of the island in our short stay and meet some very nice people along the way. Mohammed and staff were very accommodating during our stay. If you are looking for a location that’s centrally located because you want to explore the island then this is great. It’s also easy access to stone town without being directly in stone town. Villa was as advertised and the daily Swahili breakfast was an unexpected nice surprise. I’d go back.
