Our 6 rooms were built on an old coffee farm in the center of Panajachel. We are surrounded by peace, native trees, gardens, endemic birds, and pets. Our room amenities include a private bathroom with hot water, cable TV, Wi-Fi, parking, and a comfortable porch. We also have a communal kitchen and a pergola as social areas. Our central location gives you easy access to supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, bars, and the most popular places.

Perfectly located, the hotel is a 2 minute walk from the dock and the village, center in a very quiet area of San Juan. The hotel is a dream come true for our family. We have been building it for 10 years and we opened a few weeks ago!

Upstairs brings you to a solid hardwood floored bedroom with one king bed, a another single bed and a large shower room. The upstairs balcony has ample space and a seating area to take in the spectacular views.
