This is my first Airbnb experience. The stay was just AMAZING. We stayed at the property for 7 days in March and we loved the property so much that we extended another couple of days. The property was as described, beautiful and comfortable. Most importantly, I have to appreciate the host, Chathura. Chathura was responsive, quick, kind and proactive. We felt extremely comfortable and my family was very grateful. My relatives visited us throughout the stay and they all commended the property. Whenever we visit Sri Lanka, we now have a place to stay. Thank you Chathura for the well maintained property and for answering all my queries throughout the stay. Well done and keep it up!!!

A Wonderful Stay at Udeni Villa – Highly Recommended! We had an absolutely amazing stay at Udeni Villa and can’t recommend it enough! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed, comfortable, and well taken care of. Udeni, the host, truly goes above and beyond for her guests. She is extremely responsible, friendly, and always attentive to any need or request. Her dedication to ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience really stood out during our stay. One of the best things about this villa is that Udeni lives right next door. This made it incredibly easy to reach out to her whenever we needed assistance or had any questions. Whether it was helping with directions, arranging transportation, or simply making sure we had everything we needed, she was always just a few steps away and happy to help with a warm smile. The place was spotless and well-maintained! We stayed for over a month, and Janith’s dad was always available and happy to help whenever needed. As it was my first time using Airbnb, I was a bit nervous, but Janith reassured me that the place was safe and it truly was. Its proximity to the city was incredibly convenient. I’m so glad I chose this place because they went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Overall, it was a wonderful experience!

This is the 3rd time we are staying at Namal’s beautiful home. As always Namal is a great host and excellent service and support. Sumudu is a great caretaker. This will be our go to place whenever we visit Sri Lanka. Thank you Namal

Great location, and more than I expected. We had a great time and the host was really good at checking in on us and making the whole trip smooth. He taught how to turn on the POOL JACUZZI!! It was amazing! The bed sheets and towels were brand new or felt new! The space was spotless. We walked right across to the beach and had some amazing food! Surprise is mentioned the hosts name and you get some great service. Everyone seems to know him! The backyard is really quiet and you can have a lovely drink in the Gazebo overlooking the pool. This was a great find! I would recommend this for single and family visitors! Sri Lanka is amazing and the host is a true island hospitality king! We felt safe in the house and the neighborhood. Great WiFi and fully stocked kitchen! Bathrooms were spotless and great shower pressure. We loved it all and wished we stayed longer.

My girlfriend and me spent lovely 2 weeks in this house. The house itself is really great, with fantastic design, high ceilings with fans in all rooms, exactly as in the pictures. The beach is few minutes walk from the house. Christina helped organize the airport transfer as well, we were welcomed by Shani, Christina's brother, which lives in the house next door. Shani gave us really helpful advices regarding where to go, where to eat, etc. His wife even prepared traditional lunch for us one day. The village and location is perfect to really feel authentic local experience and that's what we exactly wanted. Cheers!

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at Irushi and Kumar’s place. The home was spotless, cozy, and thoughtfully prepared with everything We needed for a comfortable stay. The house and the surroundings are great. All the amenities and shops are in walking distance! The hosts are great and responsive. We are very happy to recommend this place for all future visitors. We will definitely choose this place for our next stay.

I was privileged to have stayed at 7 Amber as it brought back nostalgic memories of my childhood. The welcome Ravi and Rohini gave me was warm, friendly and typical of Sri Lankan hospitality. On arrival, I found food in the fridge to keep me going for the first couple of days. This helped me to get settled and enjoy the the apartment. The apartment was like a home from home. I felt very relaxed and comfortable. It was spacious, clean and safe. The flat was very well equipped. There was a balcony at the front with a decked area. It was lovely to sit, enjoy a cup of Ceylon tea and listen to the birds. The apartment is an ideal location as it was very central and you could walk to the shops, supermarkets, hotels and restaurants. Ravi and Rohini were very friendly, kind and helpful. They even brought delicious home cooked Sri Lankan food for me on several occasions. I was very sad to leave as I felt I had become part of the family. I would highly recommend this apartment.

Very warm cordial and helpful host. Very convenient and secure location with a Mall close by which had a lot of options for variety of food. Availability of Walking trail , Swimming Pool and Gym facilities within the compound of the property was ideal.

The host was super friendly and replies really quick.

Absolutely incredible stay! We stayed here for 3 nights! Bryan’s place in Colombo exceeded all expectations. From the moment I arrived, I felt warmly welcomed. The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos —if not better in person! It's impeccably clean, tastefully designed, and thoughtfully equipped with everything you might need for a comfortable stay. The view from the balcony is a highlight—breathtaking cityscape that truly makes you feel like you're in the heart of Colombo. The natural light pouring in during the day, and the calming ambiance at night, created the perfect vibe whether I was relaxing or getting work done. Location-wise, it's fantastic—central, safe, and close to all major attractions, cafes, and convenience stores. Whether you're here for sightseeing, business, or a short stopover, this spot is a gem. He was responsive and genuinely invested in making my stay seamless. Would I come back? Absolutely. Highly recommend Bryan’s place to anyone visiting Colombo. 😀

Spent almost a month at this Airbnb,. Amazing place, the beach is just a few meters away and my family loved it. The apartment is well maintained and easily accessible. Very safe for families to stay. We just loved every minute of our stay. The host was very accomodative and responsive. I had an issue with the ACs, was fixed in almost no time. I stayed at Sumudu's place with my mother for nearly 4 weeks. we felt right at home. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. The complex was secure and had gym and a pool. Sumudu is such a responsive and helpful host. Event hough the apartment complex was right next to a busy street, the apartment was very quiet. There are lot of supermartkets and restaurants nearby. I would highly recommend Sumudu's place to anyone who is looking for a place near Colombo.

Great place to stay in Colombo! The apartment is clean, confortable, and spacious. We loved the views of Colombo from the roof. Leedon was responsive and easy to communicate with.

We had a beautiful experience at this Airbnb. What an amazing apartment beautifully decorated , so modern and amazing furniture including the beds and bathrooms were wonderful. Tusitha is a warm friendly and gracious host. The accommodation offered was comfortable, extremely clean and spacious - certainly for two adults. The assortment of grocery items enabled us to settle into the property with ease. There is adequate parking inside the property for a vehicle. Restaurant options close by are good. It was an absolute please to be at the Hope Residence for our short visit to Colombo. We would certainly stay here again, if the need arises. Thanks Tusitha for your warm hospitality.

Beautiful pristine apartment in a very good location. Pool area very quiet and a great place to relax. Excellent security, felt extremely safe. Overall we were extremely happy with the apartment and we have no issue about recommending this apartment.

Wonderful Stay – Clean, Spacious, and Full of Amenities! We had an amazing stay on this beautiful property located in centre of colmbo . The space was immaculately clean and very spacious, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The complex offers great amenities – we especially enjoyed the pool, gym, badminton, and table tennis facilities. There’s also ample car parking, which made things so convenient. There are several nice restaurants nearby, offering a variety of cuisines within walking or short driving distance. Our host was extremely responsive and helpful, making check-in smooth and answering all our questions quickly. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Ahmed and Shaira were very helpful and accomodating. The place was lovely, the view from the rooftop pool is awesome, and the place is in a fantastic location. Security was also top notch.
