We loved staying with Izak, Joy and their family! They picked us up from the bus and we felt heartily welcomed from the first moment. The hut is beautifully located right at the beach and everything was super clean. Kitchen is well equipped and if something specific was missing they would help us out immediately. We were lucky enough to get delicious dinners cooked by Joy and in general, the whole family is absolutely happy to support where ever needed. Over all, great hosts, great place, great experience :)

Aileen's a great host and her staff are friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. We were made to feel at home from the moment we arrived. It's easy to find, well appointed and plenty of amenities. The views are amazing! We would recommend Aileen's place and will definitely be back. Thanks Aileen for everything.

The owner was very nice 🙏 i made a few requests and she did not hesitate/made second thoughts in approving them. I was very thankful 🩷 the unit was very spacious and spotless! Townhouse of Tula's will be one of our top choices for staying in the Dumaguete area. The townhouse is well-maintained, well-stocked, and beautiful. Thank you so much. My wife and I were both able to work-from-home, cook-at-home, and relax with Netflix for the week we were there. I liked being in the Sibulan area, less traffic and noise versus downtown Dumaguete, but still close to restaurants and grocery shopping at City Mall's Save More. Great location and REALLY great home away from home.

Very easy check in for my wife’s family, clean place , restaurant below was convenient. The beach is really close . We will rent again for the family.

We had a fantastic stay at Cheryl Marie's place! The property was exactly as described—clean, cozy, spacious and has great wifi connection. The location was perfect for us as we are heading out early the next day to visit the Manjuyod Sandbar. Both the host and caretaker went above and beyond to ensure we had an excellent stay. I would definitely book this home again in the future!

The setting of this house is spectacular, with incredible views down the mountain, across the sea to Siquijor island. The design of the house is also very interesting, made as it is of earth and bamboo. The house is probably best experienced if you give it some time, and enter into its timezone and relation to nature and the locality: you need to be ready to rough it a bit, and make friends with the insects. It's really off the beaten path, so you have a good sense of getting away from it all, although the road there is not hard to ride (on a scooter). There's plenty of places to eat in Valencia (10-15 mins ride), and the Apolong craft brewery is a gem to have pretty much round the corner (though only open Fri-Sun). A lot of Air BnB accomodation around Dumaguete/Valencia is quite generic and bland. This is a properly distinctive experience.
