Super nice ng experience namin. From pre-booking pa lang very responsive si Ms. Aileen. She provided detailed information and what to expect. The listing is very spacious, clean, and relaxing. Super accommodating ni Ate Rose. May pa free chips and coffee pa si Host. Nag dala pa kami ng mga essentials for cooking kasi sanay kami dun pero the listing has everything. Yung lulutuin lang talaga need mo. Kumpleto sa kitchen, malinis yung mga rooms, super lamig ng AC, yung GenZ naaaliw din sa Billiards and goods si WiFi kahit nasa loob ng kwarto. Enjoy yung buong family and we really appreciate na kahit medyo late na kami naq message kay Host para humingi ng extra blanket super bilis ng response. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED LISTING.

Jacob is great host and responed quickly to all our messages. He was very friendly and helped us with everything we asked. I would definitely recommend his place to anyone planning to stay here.

The place is homey and spacious enough for our family of 10. The subdivision is peaceful and quiet so it's nice to go on walks. We parked 2 cars outside but there's a space for one inside the property. It's close to so many attractions and shops. We're planning on coming back as we didn't get to try the local korean restaurants and activities at the lake close to the property.

From answering inquiries even before we booked, Sir Elmer is very responsive and helpful. We were welcomed by Ate Lovely and she was also available whenever we needed something. The place looks the same as described, although we did not cook our food there, the kitchen has complete cooking utensils, even big pots. Rooms are all clean as well as the bathroom. Kids enjoyed the swimming pool while the adults are having fun doing Karaoke or Netflix. Thank you so much, we will surely recommend this place and will consider this listing in the future.

We had a great stay at this resort! The 3 rooms were clean, comfortable, and perfect for our group. The pool was a highlight—clean and great for relaxing. The wide common area gave us plenty of space to hang out and enjoy meals together. Highly recommend for families or small groups!

We had an amazing time! Casa De Mercado is an absolute treasure. The care taker greeted us with a smile, no big or small errands and they will surely get it sorted (not that we have one). Communication with booking and check out was no hassle. The place was heaven. The modern “kubo”was very spacious and the bed in the rooms are relaxing, beds are very comfortable too. The pool.. day or night was the highlight of the vacay, everyone super enjoyed it. We will definitely stay again in this “rare find” when we need to stay in pampanga!! This Bali-inspired villa was absolutely stunning! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the peaceful atmosphere, beautiful design, and spacious layout. The pathway leading to the pool and main house gave such a relaxing tropical feel, and the whole place was perfect for unwinding. The pool area was a highlight—great for relaxing and spending time with friends or family. Everything was well-maintained and clean, and the staff/host was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. If you’re looking for a serene escape with Bali vibes without leaving the country, this is the perfect spot. Highly recommended!

Clean, well maintained place. We like that it has so many spots and nooks to take really nice photos. Interior design and decors are great. Property has lots of sitting areas for bonding and relaxation. Pool is very clean. Staff are courteous and helpful. More than enough parking space for our big group - we had 8 cars. Rooms and washrooms are clean. Towels provided are clean and soft. Toiletries also provided. Well stocked kitchen, food and drinks come at additional charge. We availed of their brunch and we enjoyed the avocado toast and dragonfruit cheesecake the most! We also availed of the SPA services. Massage was good. Place has a security guard.

We had an amazing stay! Host Len was super pleasant and accommodating from the very start, making everything smooth and stress-free. The caretakers on-site were also incredibly helpful and patient with all our concerns — really made us feel well taken care of. The property itself was absolutely beautiful — spacious, luxurious, and thoughtfully designed. Every room looked, smelled, and felt upscale. It was clear a lot of care went into making the space both comfortable and elegant. What stood out most was how kid- and adult-friendly the place was. There were so many activities available that kept everyone entertained — whether you wanted to relax or stay active, there was something for you. It’s perfect for big groups. I went with friends this time, but I’m already planning to bring my family next — it’s just that nice. Highly recommend!

Villa Bautista 2 exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived they welcomed us with warmth and helpfulness (we had a big van and tons of luggage!). The first thing that struck us was how much space we had (3 levels), how tasteful and stylish the decor was and the expansive views of the rice fields and mountains in the distance. It was great to watch the sunset from the pool. I recommend their Pinoy breakfasts which were varied and excellent. I wish we would’ve arranged for dinners as well. Malin and staff go above and beyond for your comfort and enjoyment. The massages were pure bliss.

It was gracious of the host to let us check in early. My mom commented on how clean the rooms were as compared to other more expensive Airbnbs we've stayed in. Ate Carol and staff were always present to help us with our needs. They even offered to help fetch us some items that we needed in the public market. Best part of our stay was when we had a boodle fight dinner and our Noche Buena later on that night. They have a fully equipped kitchen with enough plates and utensils for our family of 20. The property has plenty of space for everyone to lounge about. A bummer that there is a dam that blocks the riverview. The riverview was one of the reasons we booked the property. Nevertheless, we still find the property very cozy and charming. It offers good value for money due to the facilities and beautiful spaces.

This is a beautiful villa, our group loved it. The rooms are nice and beautifully decorated, there are plants everywhere, nice dining area, and a beautiful pool. The host Jo was very responsive and helpful, she even took us grocery shopping once and she arranged for a van to pick us up from Manila (otherwise it's a pretty small village that's not easy to get to, you can't use grab from Manila, you need to book a private taxi service). Note that they have a full restaurant and bar service (you don't have to use the restaurant but you can, which is convenient). We used it for some of our meals, it was nice (though on the pricier end compared to local restaurants, so we also got some food delivery). We also had a massage there, which you can book, and which I definitely recommend (also more expensive than in many places, but the quality of the massage was great, so I recommend it). Overall, this is a beautiful villa, with great amenities and a helpful host!

This resort was a phenomenal stay. Chloey was extremely responsive with the details and my specific needs for the dates of the stay which was flexible. When we arrived, the place was gorgeous similar to the pictures of the listing. There was plenty of space for gatherings and kitchens to cook in. More than enough rooms to sleep in and a gigantic pool for water activities. On top of all this, Chloey’s staff was extremely helpful with all our needs. Thank you everyone!

We had a wonderful stay at Jeremy’s beautiful home! The house is clean, spacious and exactly as described. The highlight was definitely the pool. My nieces had a great time. Jeremy was very helpful and made our check in very easy. Would definitely recommend this place and hope to stay here again :)

I booked this private resort for my mom, siblings, and their families, and it exceeded all our expectations. From the moment they arrived, they were warmly welcomed by the staff who made sure everything was smooth and comfortable. I booked Ma’am Ligaya’s place for Aurora Music Festival. The place was nice, the staff were accommodating, and the amenities were great. We had fresh towels and everything—we really felt at home. However, my issue was the weak phone signal and Wi-Fi. The water supply was also weak, especially on the second floor. During our stay, the owner had guests who were extremely noisy and didn’t let us sleep until 4 a.m. I hope next time they become more vigilant, aware, strict, and considerate of other guests, especially during sleeping hours or quiet time starting from 10 p.m. Overall, we still had fun.

The place is great and spacious. We like how they set up the bed with 1:1 ratio for pillows and blankets. Everyone enjoyed our place especially the amenities. Host and staff are very accommodating.

The house is beautiful just as the photo, the host is kindly offer the help we need, and lots of entertainment KTV, pickleball, basketball, swimming pool , I think the only defect is the location little bit far from downtown, but grab can reach there , so it’s find for us.

We truly appreciated your assistance with everything, even the things we were a bit shy to ask for. The house was incredibly comfortable, relaxing, and beautifully maintained. We were in awe of the interiors — you can really feel how valuable and well-loved the home is by your family. It meant so much to us that you shared it with ours. Our work team of 14 enjoyed a one-night stay at Casa Mithi for relaxation. The spacious living area and pool were perfect for our group. Some played bingo through several rounds, others battled on the PS5, while a few swam in the pool. The kitchen was well-equipped with utensils and cookware—ideal for group meal prep. Bedrooms were comfortable with efficient air-conditioning. The host was very responsive to our requests. We experienced a few hours of blackout; having a generator backup would be helpful. Getting supplies was easy thanks to nearby convenience stores. Overall, the stay was worth the price and hit all the right notes for a team getaway.
